Outstanding job Phil! Phil spent the right amount of time to help my wife and I choose the right mattress. We purchased a great mattress at a very fair price. Plus it's made in Pittsburgh. Thank you again!

We liked the idea of supporting a local company. However, when the mattress was delivered, it was like a block of cement. We cannot sleep on it. My husband isn't sleeping and I am waking up in extreme pain. I had thought that there was a trial period to return it, but it is only an offer to give them additional money for a different mattress at a discount. If we had that additional money, we would have bought a higher end mattress in the first place. Additionally Phil (the store manager) gave my husband a hard time about wearing a face mask (during a covid surge), which he needs to do because I am immunocompromised. Also, on the phone with Phil I was told to "go ask my husband." This was a first for me, but I guess my female experience is complete now.

Phil Cerussi was my sales rep today. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me while I chose my favorite mattress. Very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful to deal with. Great talks about the mattresses and our cats. I would highly recommend coming here, and having Phil as your sales rep! :)

Stopped by the showroom on Mcknight on November 5th. Had the pleasure of working with Phil. He was wonderful! Took the time to explain all the offerings available in the twin sized mattress sets. No pressure, no rush. We felt comfortable taking our time to make a decision. We tested all the beds and discussed pricing. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared with other mattress stores in the area.We scheduled delivery for November 11th. Wow!!! What a great experience that was. It was completed within the timeframe promised, drivers followed my specific instructions to park in driveway on side of house and we were provide with text messages and calls updating us along the way. The delivery guys had the old mattresses covered and new ones delivered quickly and efficiently! I liked the fact that we are able to schedule delivery on Saturday which was more convenient for us. We had a great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend a trip to store if you are mattress shopping!

These guys are Great! There not pushy. They want you to be happy. The guy that sold us the bed actually told us to think about the bed. And not to make a snap decisions about buying the bed . Told my wife and I to think about it and come back tomorrow. How is that for NO PRESSURE!

I stopped in to take my mom mattress shopping after hearing wonderful things about Original Mattress Factory. It was such a great experience! Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and he found my mom the perfect mattress. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to their competitors. I'm very happy with the service we got and would recommend going here.

No pressure sales, extremely knowledgeable and respectful staff, the best quality beds on the market at reasonable lowest prices year-round with no gimmicky special sales. You only pay for what you buy, not for fake "freebies" that have to be wrapped in, inflating the sticker price.
