Michelle Vecchio was a very professional and attentive buyer's agent for our purchase of a mountain cottage on Laurel Ridge. She smoothed short-comings and aggression of the seller's agent. She anticipated all of the potential hard spots of the deal and guided us smoothly through them. Her intuition on sale price was spot on, which made the negotiations straightforward and quick. We were always well instructed about what to expect in our particular case, with guidance that was never pushy or careless. She even followed through for us after the closing, when the closing company botched sending the title to the county for processing. Experienced, always in control, good intuition, good advice, and always responsive.
