This guy knows what he’s doing. The previous place had my laptop for two weeks and had no idea what was wrong. I dropped it off at noon and Ryan diagnosed the issue later that afternoon and provided me with a fix.

Amazing customer service and very helpful with selecting appropriate parts for my machine. I have been having an issue with my newly built PC ever since I installed my drivers and Ryan immediately identified the issue with my GPU and suggested a fix that will improve the quality of my build and resolve the issue. He did this free of charge due the nature of my issue with a bad component. I highly recommend The Computer Stop LLC if you are having issues with your PC.

I gave Ryan a call and he immediately gave me insight on what my problem was based off my description. Knowing the problem that quick was a big relief, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I stopped down and we talked. We reviewed the options for the replacement part and ordered them there. He held onto my computer while the parts shipped to his shop and assembled it when they arrived. My computer runs perfectly now and for a great price. Overall, very friendly and easy guy to talk to, while giving professional advice and diagnostics. Could not recommend him enough. Thanks Ryan!

Phenomenal service! Within 5 seconds of starting my computer he identified the issue, next 10minutes order all the parts and had it fixed as soon as everything came in! Does a fantastic job of explaining everything and is super friendly! I would highly recommended this place for any computer repair needs!

Ryan did a great job being fast and responsive with communication, built me exactly the computer I wanted, and put lots of time into fixing it when something happened.I started my search for a gaming computer by contacting a closer place, but they kept telling me they could do what I wanted but then not following up. So I emailed The Computer Stop and they responded the next day. I followed up with a phone call to discuss what I wanted in more detail, and they put together a list of parts that was pretty much a perfect match for what I was looking for. The price was completely reasonable, a little more than what it would have cost for me to build it myself and a good deal less than it would have cost to get something equivalent from any of the big online gaming PC companies.As soon as I confirmed the parts list we went through with buying the parts. There was a problem with my payment but Ryan stayed on the phone with me and then communicated by text for hours helping me solve it. After I finally got the computer, it worked great for a few days, then suddenly started crashing. Once again, Ryan spent hours on the phone with me trying to solve the problem remotely. When it turned out he couldn't solve the problem remotely, I brought the computer in and he had it working a few days later, keeping me updated the whole way, and didn't charge anything for the repairs in the end.It's been about a month since then and I've had no problems since. The computer's great, the price was good, and both Ryan's responsiveness and speed with building the computer and helpfulness whenever I had problems are exactly what I want from a place that builds a computer for me.

This computer place still has my laptop from Covid (May 2020) no lie. they held it hostage never fixed it called me or gave it back. I could at least get the files off of there but I can’t get ahold of anyone there.

Ryan is persistent and determine to find the issue. He's great. He fixed my laptop and now it's fast. Better than when I bought it. Will get my desktop fixed by him soon. He's the best.

Saved me from shipping my hard drive to CA. So grateful. Also noticed his interaction with an older customer when I dropped off my drive. Ryan was so incredibly patient and kind. Send your parents there and you'll save the money in therapy costs.
