My friend and I were window shopping in shadyside yesterday. The variety of shoes in the window incised us to go inside. We were greeted by the best staff.

I went in to exchange a pair of boots (wrong size, loved the style)... I was greeted by the sweetest salesman ever. We talked about many things and he NEVER pressured me into looking at or purchasing a pair of shoes. I had won the boots at a fundraiser and could easily have walked out without a purchase EXCEPT the shoes in this store are AMAZING, so many styles, designs and colors. There is something for everyone and anyone! I purchased an additional pair of shoes which I adore and plan on several more purchases. This store is a gem and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Please consider Ten Toes on Walnut St in Shadyside if you are considering a shoe purchase. You won't regret it!

Came in the store on a whim and left very pleased. Incredibly unique selection of shoes, including stock in size 11. Customer service was great - both the staff and the owner were lovely and spoke with me while I was there. Would highly recommend to any woman looking for fashion-forward options and a friendly, intimate store setting.

This is and has always been my favorite shoe store in Pittsburgh. The style and quality of the shoes are amazing. The service is also incredible. The staff know their product. Carolyn in particular provides and demonstrates exceptional knowledge of every shoe. As a woman who wears a size 11, it easy to become discouraged in shoe stores and to experience less than adequate service. Well, not at Ten Toes. If they don't have your size in a shoe, they will work to get it and/or show you other options. My husband bought me three pair of shoes during our visit today. He was extremely impressed with the service. Check them out!

Great shoe store on Walnut street! Brian was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend for unique, stylish footwear!! They have all the latest trends at great prices.

This is a wonderful shoe store having a large selection of unique shoes. The owner/customer service is always great.My only negative thought is regarding the photos displayed on the website….. love the shoes displayed. But the staged photos of posing people, kids and dogs isn’t necessary. Just show shoes.

Very cute selection and decent prices. But I found the staff (specifically the owners, I think) to be overbearing - they kept talking up the shoes as I was trying them on, and I couldn't get a moment to think. They were very flattering towards customers and maybe some people are into that, but for an 80 dollar pair of shoes, I'm not expecting allll that ambiance. So if you're like me, get your shoes and get out.

Went in search of shoes to wear with a bridesmaid dress. Customer service was wonderful! They gave me some options and gave their honest opinions of each option paired with the dress. I enjoyed the conversation and could tell that they were happy in helping me find the perfect shoes! Plus, the prices are just right. I will definitely be returning.

Recommend for the cuuuutest styles. Very fashion forward and ahead of trends (if thats your thing.) Customer service was lovely, and I definitely know where Im going to get my next pair of shoes! Skip DSW or the mall head to ten toes.

Ten Toes is such a cute store. Not only do they have an incredible and fun collection of shoes, they also have extremely dedicated and kind employees. Elise (may be spelled wrong, so sorry!!) was so nice and really dedicated to making sure I got the right shoe for me. My boyfriend and I went in on a whim to investigate their white cowgirl boots and gogo boots. I ended up leaving with incredibly cute heeled mary jane style shoes in a precious wine color. When I came back the following day to talk about getting a size up, the owner talked to me about my issues and came up with a solution. He kindly stretched my new shoes for me and changed the toe box so it could fit my foot even better. Now, I have shoes that are perfectly moulded to my feet!! I know where I will be going to get my cute shoes in the future. Check them out for great deals, incredible shoes, and fantastic customer service.

The owner of the store, who's probably 55, referred to the shoes on me, an 18 year old girl, as "sexy". I was super uncomfortable in the store. The other staff was really nice which is such a shame. Seriously ladies, stay away from that guy, this is literally the third review referencing sexual harassment.
