If I could give them zero stars I would. Submitted my logo for team hockey jerseys and requested a price. Said they had to send it to their artist. 7 days no reply so I called and they guy got snippy with me on the phone and said I email you when I get it back. Another week went by and no reply so I ordered from another company. Two weeks later I get a phone call and the guy asks if am I going to go forward with the order. I told him you never sent me the estimate or cleaned up artwork on the logo so I ordered from someone else. No apologies just ‘oh'. Here I check my email and 10 minutes before the phone call, they sent me an email with the exact unedited logo I sent them three weeks prior. Bad customer service and seemed like they didn't really care they lost a customer. So much for buying local.

I drove down after work and tried to order an embroidered hockey jersey. The guy told me he won't do it (he messed up on someone else's order), and was very rude to me when I asked if I could just buy a jersey with no embroidery (he wouldn't do that either). TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
