This rating is purely on two things #1 there was nobody to be found when we walked in when I tried to find someone it was like nobody was here to work no greeting anything #2 there is one door you go through that you can’t see at first and 2 others you do see but can’t go into there is a sign that says use other door but no arrow where the other door is until you walk around the whole building to find the right door just now while writing this review someone did come up to me and was professional kind changed my mind about a 1 star rating but still this place could use some work

5/5 for Greg Walsh (CFP)! My wife and I went to check different options to grow our savings long term. We met with Greg, who was extremely attentive, guided us in detail over all our options as well as while opening the new account, and answered all our questions in detail. Extremely happy with our experience!

I was a TD Ameritrade client for 20+ years, and I received good service for most of that time. However, starting in mid-2022, their responsiveness became atrocious, they made a trading error then would not make me whole for their mistake, and more generally they became difficult to work with. I finally threw in the towel and moved my assets to Brand F this July.After departing, they emailed me in August that they were reversing a bonus I had earned in the prior year (really?). I called to get more info since my online access ended when the accounts closed. They claimed they had placed a notice in my TDA secure inbox in January regarding bonus rules, however they were unwilling to let me login to see that notice and they would not email or snail-mail the notice to me. Clearly this is sour grapes that I moved our accounts to their primary competitor.If you are considering doing business with TD Ameritrade, be aware that their service levels, and possibly their business practices, will likely disappoint you.

I had an account with them for 23 years and closed it. Had a Td credit card and they decided to close it without informing me during a move. Customer service was horrible and try to blame it on me. When I asked to speak to a manager she didn’t want to come to the phone. They kept relaying the message through the rep. I was truly upset and disrespected and asked to speak to her and they wouldn’t put her on the phone. Also years ago I did a balance transfer and they miraculously was still charging me for 4 months after the transfer for these “hidden charges” CS also refused to clarify or have me speak to a manager. Very disappointed in their CS SO I LEFT!!!

I'm pretty sure my super negative review was deleted. I'm not going to type it all up again. This bank is the absolute worst bank in the entire world that I know of (from my personal experience with many different banks). They claim they are the most convenient bank but it is the exact opposite. I do not recommend!!!!

They lie to you, they do not come anywhere close to performing like they advertise. They will not deal with your Otc shares because they are risky... Duh.i have No respect for this company. Use another firm.

A few months ago i wanted to make trades and the app kept crashing preventing me from making the trades. They also several restricted the limits for buying and selling. I don’t recommend this app or this company

App is not user friendly and it is impossible to get a hold of customer service. Had a double deposit I have been trying to resolve and have had 0 response to 5 messages. Do not bother calling because the wait time is 30mins but they still will not pick up
