So I normally go to this Starbucks and I am a frequent target shopper and have never had any issues, but I go in today to get my favorite, an iced matcha latte with almond milk and cold foam and the barista at the counter was just super ignorant and rude. This was the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. And to top that off she didn’t even put my cold foam that I payed the extra dollar for. This matcha latte literally just tastes like sugar free almond milk with an essence of matcha. Absolutely disgusting. I’m so dissapointed with my experience today.

PLEASE! an upgrade to the fresh foods section is soooo needed. EastLiberty store does it much much better. And since the scuzzy GetGo quick market in the adjacent parking lot does a solid business in that space, give GiantEagle some competition PLEASE!

Self checkout is closed by 8pm. Then they only have two lanes open with 40 people in line, i love target but if you’re going to close self checkout at least have more than two lanes open. It’s been 15 minutes of standing in line

Normal Love Target - today’s visit - i learned the self checkout was now a 10 item limit express only! ?. There has never been enough employees at the registers - takes Much Longer than it should to check out! Very Disappointing. Also 2 items i wanted were no longer being carried.

Toy section is a disaster. Lots of empty pegs. Toys just strewn all over the shelves. Doesn’t seem like anyone organizes the area often. Seems that they dump out the box of new stock and walk away.

We were returning a tv this morning and thought we had all the paperwork, but they needed some code that we didn’t have. Did not get their names but the 2 women working there went above and beyond to find the number. They were excellent. One was working at customer service and called her supervisor to help. Best customer service we’ve received.

DeeAnn shouldn't be a manager as she let a situation escalate to the point where the customers felt like they were being racially profiled and targeted. My fiancé called today to see if they could maybe hash out the situation. DeeAnn was extremely unapologetic for her and her employees actions and took no accountability. I Will not spend another dime of my money or a second of my time after spending thousands at Target in the past year alone!!! Treat your customers with respect. Don't surround someone trying to make a return acting as though they stole something they didnt!!!! Never again! If I could give a negative star review I would! She has video documentation and good luck to your store!
