I was taken right on the scheduled time. In addition to cutting my hair she trimmed my beard nicely. I never felt rushed.

My go-to gals of Krista and Sandi (who is currently off for a few weeks) keep me coming back for more. I'm an easy customer, needing only a buzz cut every 6 weeks or so, but I love the convenience, friendliness and efficiency of this place. I even have my own Mirror of Fame, which makes me feel special. My only complaint: buzz cuts have $10 for as long as I have been a patron (I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes) but they recently went up a whopping 50% in one fell swoop. This was a corporate move, I understand, but such a jump in price put a bad taste in me. Won't stop me from visiting, but the decision to increase by so much was a bummer. I could have understood 10 or 20%...but 50% sent a message worth mentioning from a good customer.

Not a good experience. Jamie did my hair cut and cut way too short. I believe because she was very unprofessional and kept stopping to talk to others during my simple hair cut! A haircut that could have taken ten minutes took 30! I felt like she was not concentrating on my hair at all. She was much more interested in chatting with others the whole time.

Second time I made an appt at this place to bring my toddler so we didn’t have to wait forever before they take us back. I came exactly when they told me to for my appt, and had to wait for two other ppl (30 minutes). Their appts mean nothing. Don’t waste your time. Disrespectful. Not a way to run a business. Don’t make appts if you can’t keep them.

I had to change my Italian barber on banksville rd for 35 yrs due to his retirement. The replacement was not working. Chose to stay close by at Supercuts on Cochran rd and got a fantastic cut and welcome service from Krista. I think the old Italian barber myths are superficial.
