*Although my actual haircut was a bad experience, the management team has been nothing but kind. Erin, the salon manager, and Lisa, the regional manager, have been so compassionate and provided the best customer service possible considering the circumstances. If you do get your haircut here, ask for Erin! She is fantastic.
I came in and said I wanted to trim my dead ends off. I said I was thinking about 3 inches and I told the lady to let me know if she thought I needed more. My hair was super long, like half way down my back and pretty healthy other than the dead ends from the past few months since my last trim. The woman must have cut 6-8 inches off and I didn’t realize until I stood up because I have face framing layers. My hair barely goes past my shoulders now!!!! I had even talked to her about how long it had taken me to grow my hair out. I am extremely upset. I wish the stylist would have asked before chopping off more than half of my hair! Like I said, it was hard to tell how much she took off while in the chair. PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE A HUGE CHANGE TO SOMEONE’S HAIR!!!
Update: I measured and she cut off about 10 inches. I asked for her to trim three inches or to let me know if she thought I needed more. I definitely didn’t need 10 inches off and she NEVER spoke to me about cutting more than 3 inches. I believe her name was Maryann. She was very nice and we chatted but I’m very disappointed. She ruined my hair and I was very attached to it and how long I had finally grown it.
I also styled my hair and noticed it’s a total hack job. The face framing layers are chunky and not gradual and I have random long pieces in my now ridiculously short hair. Uneven all around. I am NEVER going to Supercuts ever again. I just wanted a trim.

Diana did an excellent job cutting and styling my Mom’s hair. Diana is personable, friendly and a great stylist. It is always an enjoyable experience with Diana at SuperCuts!

I called and stated that I just had weave put in and the lady who did it didn't cut it enough. That I needed bangs cut and layers added in. I was told by an Erin that wasn't an issue, so I advised them I would be there in 10 minutes. I get there and again state the same thing while showing where my real hair ends. It isn't until the lady is running her hands through the hair that she asks if it's weave when I say the majority of it is she let's me know it's their policy to not cut weave. That would have been nice to be told when I called or when I stated it again when I sat down I the chair.

Love this Supercuts. All the ladies are super talented and can manage any cut you request with ease. I have gone several times and had over a foot of hair chopped off for an asymmetrical bob type do, and given pics of my preferred style. Regardless of who I saw for the original cut or shape up afterwards, they always nail it and continue to satisfy my requests. At $17 plus your optional tip (with their skills, tips should be mandatory! Lol.) this place is more than worth it, it's a must! Forget trendy, PRICEY salons, this Supercuts does it all at affordable prices.
