The women running the store are very inconsistent. they constantly change policy on being able to fill your own coffee and on top of that they don't charge the correct price to be honest my mind is moving to the point where I'd rather just go to a different place because the workers are disrespectful to me and my employees and it's getting to be to much hassleI only come here when I have no where to stop on my way to work and the experience is depressing I would like to thank the owner of the store for his lack of concern and complete disregard for customer service it must be nice to have so many customers that you don't need me your a POS ?

Very bad customer service. The lady she claims herself as assistant General Manager her name is Heather . She is very RUDE at any time with all most all the customer.She is unprofessional , rude,and don’t know how to deal or talk with the customer.Now only this much more will be coming next time.

Donna is rude, she is a horrible manager and just a nasty person.....she has her employees turn down and make fun of anyone who wants or has to pay with change......a friend of mine sent her 15 year old daughter down to the gas station for 2% milk for her young boys and she was refused to buy milk with quarters, but the friend she was with was allowed to pay for her Monster drink in dimes.....funny one was of color and one wasn't can you guess who they turned down. The little girl of color couldn't buy milk with quarters but her friend could buy a Monster with all dimes. My family and I have been going to this Sunoco for almost 17 years. We have never had a problem until Donna took over. I went down the other day and spent 7 and some change...I gave the girl a 10 and she said I hope you don't mind but I have to give you quarters because I have no ones. ok so you can give me change but I can't use it at your store....What am I missing.The thing about all of this is my family and there are 5 adults who go into that certain Sunoco 3 or 4 times a day and this is how we are treated......If I could give this Store and the Manager DONNA a -5 I would. The only person that works there that is a genuine nice person and who cares about not only the Sunoco she works for but also the repeat customer that come in there. Ev1 loves her and thinks she's great. So THANK YOU TEE for bein the only good reason to go to Sunoco. By the way the ONLY reason I gave a 1 star rating is because they wouldn't let me post this if I didn't.

The old lady who work evening shift she is horrible. I can’t believe how rude she was. It will be nice if you get rid of other wise you will loose lot of customer who shop everyday.

there use to be this old lady that worked there that was a j*** but i go here for iced tea a lot. the only problem i have is that my friend Dylan walked down there too get some smarties and to his surprise they didn't sell them. truly sad...

Donna the manager is a joke, disrespectful, ignorant, rude, and totally unprofessional. Her customer service skills are totally inadequate to run a business let alone manage. I’m a local successful business owner myself and my money was not good enough for her. She treated me like a criminal, sorry I’m not a peasant and am successful and have money.

Horrid! Stopped on the way to Pittsburgh- hubby started filling up car and I went inside to ask to use restroom- clerk replies with a condescending attitude that they do not have a public restroom- walked out - hubby stopped pumping gas and we went down the road to get go who were quite accommodating - just to be clear this is the Sunoco on 51 near Baldwin high school
