I just won on lottery scratch off ticket. The screen said I won 300. He said the screen is broken. He gave me 100. Why have a lottery machine if it doesn't work. I wondered why he was smiling. Lottery needs to check this place out.

I am thankful this Sunoco is here so I can use my Shop N Save Fuel Perks. However, the responsiveness of the display and the advertisements on the screen make using Fuel Perks a frustrating experience.

I have been here a couple of times. There is a harsh chemical odor of some kind every time I walk in the store. If it's what they use to clean they need to find a new product because that's going to be the death of an unsuspecting asthmatic who walks in the store some day (I have mild asthma and it about knocked me over). Do better as it is this store is a health hazard.

VERY disappointed in my customer service some months back. Forgot to review them then but.. here's what happened. I shop at Shop and Save and get gas points to use at Sunoco. I had like $1+ off/gallon. I just got a new car and wasn't sure how much gas it would take and I had some gas cans as well to get close to/or get 30 gallons of gas. I went inside to prepay & told the gentleman, "I'm not sure how much my car will take & I only have couple gas cans, so I will pay for 30 gall (@ discounted price) & if I can't use it all I'll come back 4 refund. He used a calculator to total my 30 gallons & I didn't realize it would be more than $20 so I gave him my $20 cash (all I had on me) AND remainder on a credit card. I DID NOT USE THE FULL 30 gall & I went back in for my $5+change refund, & he WOULD NOT give me cash back! Even though I paid 70% of total w/cash. He WAS SO IGNORANT & refunded my $5+change on my credit card. NOT APOLOGETIC, NOTHING! Very rude employee!
