3.5 stars. This second-hand store sells women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories in a variety of sizes and styles. I shopped here and did not sell anything. During my visit, the brands were a mixture of some designers, some name-brands, and some brands with which I was not familiar. Prices were reasonable. I waited in line for several minutes to check out. I purchased one shirt, and the cashier thanked me.

I don't sell to stores, so I can't speak on that. But this store is under new ownership within the last year or so, and the selection has greatly improved. It used to be kind of "Middle age mom", but now it's so much more contemporary clothing. Great brands, less "filler". If you haven't tried this store in awhile, go back. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. You can still get your career wear, but it will be more Nordstrom, and less JC Penney. You're welcome.

Not very friendly sales people. Very fake. I hear them talk about customers when they leave. I got some good deals but you have to really dig through. Not somewhere I would return to honestly. Not the best experience.

Very nicely curated store. Neat and tidy w decent prices. Great selection of bags and wallets. If youre a Kate Spade, Coach, or MKors girlie, you wont be disappointed. I bought a new Coach wallet for nuthin, along with some classic Addidas sneaks. Always a stop for me, when visiting family.

I did not appreciate the way my clothes, that I brought in, was returned to me. I brought the items in a shopping bag very neatly folded. When the bag was returned to me all the items were just thrown in thr bag like trash. Just shoved in, not folded. I thing the way I brought it, is the way it should of been returned. They bought two blouses and gave me $7.80. Also, what credentials do they have to determine what an iten is worth? NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed, brand new Michael Kors purse. Bought a year ago, mint condition. They didn't want it, yet there was one on the floor that looked like it's been worn out, they didn't take any of my clothes which most of them never been worn, again I saw terrible clothes on the floor, but they wouldn't take brand new jeans! Most items were only a year old. Still mint condition. I was shocked to see they had ugly overalls with flowers that looked stretched out and old looking but couldn't take brand new items. Never again, waste of my travel and time. To many hands in the pot going through your items. I went somewhere else and made $100 bucks. I can also say that the girl said they were over stocked, I don't even truly think they went through the basket. It was perfectly folded still. Done!!!!

Not many good deals on clothing. At the end of the day it is used clothing and spending $25 on a used t-shirt is outrageous. Staff is very kind but often was directing customers to different stores when they could not find what they wanted. It seemed even the staff knew that the facility wasn't all it hyped up to be. Very disappointed, will not return, only got a 3 star because of the kindness and realness of the staff.

Very friendly staff, great selection, very reasonable prices. I found some amazing items….and many still had the original tags on them. I live in Florida but will make sure I go back next time I’m in town.

I started my day at a different consignment shop which I fully regret giving any business to. A family member told me to try style encore and I’m so glad I did! They took almost everything I brought in and gave me a very generous offer.The store has amazing stuff priced very well and is so clean and organized. I’ll be back to shop soon!

Found some good deals like 90% off shoes so I paid $1.70 for some really cute shoes. And the owner wants to retire so I think she's looking for someone who'd like to buy her out
