I needed to store my belongings after a long-distance move from Denver, and StoreExpress (Heather, in particular) was super helpful. It was quick and easy to rent my unit, and they were very accommodating with placing my storage pod for easy unloading!

The units are clean. The facility seems secure. It's easy to drive in/out. It never seems too busy. Hours are flexible. The reason I give it a 5-star is because Heather is very genuine in helping. She's there because she enjoys helping people - that's the kind of place I want to do business with.

We used this location for a couple of years. Super easy to get in and out. The staff was always super friendly, and the grounds were always well maintained. Professional operation!

The people I've talked to at this store are very helpful and friendly. They sell locks right in their office and they aren't ridiculously overpriced like some other storage places.

I had never used a storage facility before and Brian at the Campbells Run Location was amazing. He was very welcoming and made the process comfortable, showed me a few different sized units since I was unsure what I truly needed. He even helped me the next day to show me around again since I was a bit overwhelmed with our move.

Awesome facility and incredible top-level customer service. Very well managed and maintained. I walked in, had all my questions professionally and courteously answered; walked out with a unit reserved and a happy customer. Assistant Property Manager, Brian Dunn was helpful and friendly; providing a great experience all around! Highly recommend for storage needs.

This review is long overdue. I have had multiple storage units at the Storexpress located on Campbells Run Rd for a few years. Recently, I had some questions and Heather was extremely helpful. She is always pleasant and easy to work with.

Storexpress Robinson is the best place to store your belongings. Heather was absolutely the er and her staffbestevery kind, knowledgeable, caring and friendly, she helped me to select the proper size unit for what I was trying to store her and her staff keep the place clean, every one is very helpful with anything you need within reason, I would definitely recommend this place.
