My son is a college student in Pittsburgh where his car broke down beyond worth repairing. I was helping coordinate what to do with the car from California. Chris worked with my son's class schedule and kept me informed on what was going on--better than my son! I appreciate his help and communication so very much!

Zack did a thorough job from his initial phone call saying he was on the way, to picking up my car on a flatbed, asking me if I needed anything, and then communicating with me after he dropped the car at the dealership.He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Ive used this place for towing and theyre ok, but please do yourself a favor and do not use this garage to repair your vehicle. This place did everything but fix the issue with the brakes on my work truck and give me the runaround. I drove my truck in and had to have another company tow it home. Im out $400 and a weeks worth of work abd Uber fees. Joe Stickle will stick you.

Zack and Anthony are very friendly and professional. Our car battery died and we didn’t know how to use the portable jumpstart battery, so we called them over. They arrived in 15 minutes and taught us lots of good knowledge during the service. The cost is reasonable and a lot cheaper than other places. Will definitely use their service again!

Great service, price, and communication. Charging cable was stuck in car and I couldn't get the car out of Park. I thought the car would have to be towed to car shop. They got the cable out, which took some effort, and saved me a tow!Service: Car lockouts

They had someone out same day for much less than any other towing companies in the area. Zach (Zack?) I believe was the driver for my tow on a flatbed. He pulled into our angled driveway with ease and had no trouble navigating to the drop-off. He was very polite and helpful the entire time. Would recommend!

I called 5+ towing companies to tow an ambulance for me, the other companies were too busy or were not able to tow it. Stickles came out and got it done like it was easy, including backing it in first try to a super tight driveway, and they charged $100 less than the one other company that attempted to come get it (but was unable to) quoted me. Everyone in the company that I talked to was friendly and professional (Pretty sure it was Joe and Ben). Just look how the owner replies to google reviews, that's a great indicator of the quality of the company. I would definitely used them again if I need another tow. Ben also took a lot of extra time to provide input on repairing the ambulance after I told him my intentions, from walking around and pointing out the lights that needed to be removed to be legal, and giving advice on getting the engine going again after sitting a couple of years.

Great customer service, Tyler saw my vehicle broken down on the road due to a faulty axel and pulled up behind my vehicle to guide traffic around my vehicle. He stayed with me and helped, even though we weren't using their service for the you're and helped the other driver hook up my vehicle to be towed. They didn't get my business this time but I'll definitely use them in the for. He went above and beyond to help me even when he didn't have to.
