I've had my rings dipped, cleaned, and resized at Star Jewelry twice now, and both experiences have been great! I came back a half hour later, and everything was done. They do great work at great prices (cheaper than big name jewelry stores...). Only downside is that you might have to call to find out their hours for the day.

I’m not one to share shopping experiences but I had to share an amazing experience yesterday! Anyone in need of jewelry you will be disappointed if you don’t go see Ed at Star Jewelry in The Clark building! My aunt and late uncle did business with them for years and my Uncle would be so proud of my Aunt for helping us yesterday! You won’t be disappointed if you go see Ed for all your jewelry needs!

My husband and I could not be more happy with our jewelry from, Frost! All of our rings are from there, and I just got the best surprise, diamond earrings! Being new to the area, Frost was a recommended by our new neighbor- now we will be telling everyone to shop there.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The large diamond in my engagement ring became loose after only a month of having it. Took my ring in to Frost to get tightened only to find out the diamond got chipped. Regardless of the diamond getting chipped, we ended up getting the stone tightened back in place. When my mother-in-law went to pick it up, Frost was very rude to her. They blamed me on the chipped diamond, told her that I needed to stop banging it around, and immediately called security on her when she said she was disappointed that the diamond chipped. I've been nothing but cautious wearing my engagement ring. Will never go back again.

My fiancé bought an absolutely beautiful ring from Star Jewelers. When we went back to get it sized the gentleman working there was so kind, and genuinely excited for us. He had it sized and cleaned in under 10 minutes, I was incredibly impressed with the high level of customer service. We will definitely be returning when it is time to look for our wedding bands.

Steve is nothing short of outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable. The entire staff at Frost is fantastic. In my opinion, it is the one jewelry store in the Clark Building where they take their time with you, ensure that you have a very personalized experience, and you never feel pressured. My husband purchased my engagement ring at Frost through working with Steve and it is beyond stunning. We went back to Frost to purchase our wedding bands. Doug created my custom wedding band and was SPOT ON with my vision. It was a unique request and I could not be happier. It fits my engagement ring like a glove. We have now had 3 friends purchase engagement rings through Frost after highly recommending them! We cannot wait to visit Frost again for any future jewelry!

Great place to have service done on your jewelry. The men are very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding what will be done with your jewelry. Their turn around time is very rapid and the finished products are perfect. I highly recommend Star Jewelry Mfg. in the Clark building.

My wife just went in to get her wedding band re-sized and her engagement ring rhodium plated. She was referred there by the jeweler who we bought the bands from. The person working when she went in said he didn't understand why she was getting the band re-sized because he said it fit fine. She told him she had just been to the gym and that her hands were just temporarily swollen from that. He was also going to charge her $25 to clean her ring when she had been quoted $10 previously. The whole experience left her dissatisfied and made her feel talked down to. We will not be using them.

As an anniversary gift, my husband spent over $1,000 dollars on a set of pearls - something I have wanted my whole life. I only wore these pearls on occasion. From day one, the clasp was extremely "finicky" and hard to hook. After only a handful of wears, the clasp broke off. So - I had to drive downtown, park, bring the pearls in to get a new clasp, and then of course do the same on pick up. Oh, AND I had to pay $40 dollars for the "fix."
