The older white Karen looking Lady with dark hair is incredibly rude.
Repeatedly saying she doesn’t have time to help people. Perhaps you are at the wrong job. Incredibly rude and angry for no reason. Unprofessional as hell and mean. A little aggressive in her attitude, perhaps she took out her frustration on me but it was super unnecessary.

I came in today to pick up my business card.
at the COPY&PRINT CENTER desk.
then when I politely greeted, I got a phlegmatic response from a blonde tall woman, SUPER VISER, who said she wasn't ready, get out of here and call me when she's ready!
I asked him his name and he denied it.
I asked the boss, HE DENIED
I asked the supervisor, HE DENIED

We went to make copies and the copier jammed. We asked for assistance, it took a while as we were pretty much ignored. Finally a girl came to help us, she was new and was having a difficult time, she apologized as she was new, we said no problem. She had a difficult time getting coworkers to help. Finally a woman came and was still having a problem, when we suggested we use a different machine she snapped at us saying I’m trying to fix this for you. It was only a suggestion. 20 minutes later she printed it in the back. The new girl was flustered and we felt bad for her she got no assistance from other staff members and we were treated like an annoyance by them. I will never go into that store again.

Asked and received assistance to find the correct printer ink ( New printer). Asked about the extended warranty for my printer. They found my receipt and gave that to me along with the 800 number. Everyone was more than willing to assist me.

I came in looking for a reliable printer at an affordable price for our business. Jason took the time to explain several options within our budget. He even showed us ink toner comparison costs. I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting. He deserves a raise!

I was at Staples store (#0711) on Steubenville Pike in Pittsburgh, PA this evening to purchase a heavy-duty binder. Unfortunately, the binder wouldn’t ring up on the register, so the cashier called the manager. The manager went back to confirm the price and SKU, but the item still wouldn’t ring up.
Much to my surprise, I was told that they wouldn’t be able to sell the item because there was an issue with inventory. I asked why the price couldn’t be manually entered but was not given a clear answer. At that point, the manager walked away, and when I asked for his name, he shouted Franco and kept walking away.
As a business professional myself, I would never fathom treating a customer or potential client this way. I want to convey my disappointment for the lack of courtesy and patience. I’m hoping that Franco is provided additional training to prevent a situation like this in the future. As for me, I think I’ll be shopping at a competitor for both my personal and business needs.

I came here on multiple occasions to get some stuff done on copy and print and I was turned away every single time or was told to drop it off. I just don’t understand why they’re turning business away. Do they not want to stay open? Is it that hard to laminate? Or do a simple print job or binding some of my books? The staff was very rude to me and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I hope they hire better people or just do the community a favor, and just close down!

Had a bunch of copies to make and found this place was very useful. Becky especially was so helpful when I basically harassed her with questions again and again. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs fast printing.

The General Manager was a huge help today! She was very professional and patient with me, we created a letter from scratch and it turned out beautifully, will be back again for sure.

I went into this store on 1-2-2023. I needed to use the internet to print something from a website and I also needed to make a few copies. Pam and Cathy were absolutely outstanding. Very helpful and awesome customer service. I highly recommend this store. Thank you.

I am typically here one or two times a week to drop off packages to be shipped. Alicia helps me most of the time and is always a pleasure to interact with. Today when I stopped in she had customers at every printer in the place, and a lady walked to the print center counter and demanded Alicia send a fax for her immediately. Alicia handled her with poise and professionalism as she explained about all of us that were ahead of her that would need to be helped first. Even as they lady became louder and demanded to know her name, Alicia remained calm and de-escalated the situation well. She then finished helping all of us and went right back to training what appeared to be someone new to the print center. Well done Alicia D!
