If I could give 0 stars I would. Got there an hour before their closing time and needed to ORDER prints for later in the WEEK. absolutely no other customers in the store. Two employees sitting in the print area who I ask to help me place an order. Immediately get told that they "Don't have time" to take an order. Ask to speak to a manager explain that I just wanted to PLACE an order for a WEEK out. He tells me to call the 800 # and talk to someone who cares basically. Unbelievable. If you aren't going to work while the business is open why do they employ you? I will ask that question to the "office of the president" *eye roll* since I in fact did call the 800# as the smug manager requested instead of doing his job.

I had some used electronics to recycle. I brought everything inside the store from a quick drop-off. The sales associate thanked me, and I was on my way. That couldn't have been easier!

Branden in the printing department was wonderful. He deserves a raise. The gentleman at the front register was also very welcoming. My experience beyond that was awful but that was not in their control.
