This store in Pittsburgh is near and tidy. That’s important because as an older person I dint want to trip over cardboard boxes etc. the manager came over, was very nice, answered my questions and got me everything I needed. I appreciated their customer service. The woman at the checkout was cheerful and had a big smile. It’s nice to be greeted by people that aren’t too busy to offer me help finding what I came in to purchase.

The experience and understanding what the needs were was amazing. I had to do a Bulk order and the rep for this was also amazing. I would recommend Staples bulk as well as Staples to anyone who is looking for a variety of items and need assistance.

The service here was very very friendly.
Very helpful very hospitable.
I needed to get a printing label printed from an email.
I do not have a printer so this seemed like the logical place to go.
The gentleman helped me, and I must say he definitely knows what he was doing he also takes his job seriously.
I think they have such a wonderful staff here.

This Staples has a good selection and an excellent, helpful staff. On my recent visit I went to recycle batteries and a toner cartridge (thank you Staples for now recycling so many things) and get printer toner. The young man at the register took the cartridge and got a replacement for me. Although I am a Rewards member, I did not have the app on my phone. Since there was a reward on the toner plus another one, he downloaded the app to my phone for me, which was far above and beyond. I now have $32 waiting for me for my next purchase. You can't ask for more than that.

Very impressed with the service I got in the printing department. The guy even cut my print to fit a frame perfectly. Fast and efficient job.

Employees are all wonderful. Super helpful in helping me find everything I need. I've purchased both via the retail store and print store and both times the employees have been wonderful. Will definitely be going back to this Staples location.

There is a man with glasses who sits at the computer all the time... this is the second time I have been ignored and will not receive me... then I asked another employee. The manager came and didn’t even ask what the problem was. he wasn't happy either...! The manager is also not professional! terrible service.

Tried to print 12 sheets of paper double sided. Got billed for 50 sheets, and the cost was over $50! The staff at the store couldn't help. And the number they gave me to call is permanently a busy signal.Update: following a complaint i made online, i was contacted and reimbursed for a portion of the cost of this project.

manager was extremely dismissive and rude. I simply wanted to purchase school supplies in bulk for school students who need them and was told I wasn't allowed.

The store is dirty. The employees there are rude, mismanaged, and not very helpful at all. How hard is it to print five color pages? And in some reasonable time… Absolutely horrible. I do not recommend going there ever. I will never go there again.
