Left a credit union recently and joined Dollar Bank.Molly was more than helpful setting up my accounts and online banking.I've had interactions with several employees and all have been helpful, professional, kind.I can't recall the woman's name that set up my CD's but I'd like to acknowledge her assistance, also.****Added 2/3/24Jessica took time to assist me over the phone immediately.I so appreciate her and the service Dollar provides.Online banking is excellent!I'm happy I came to Dollar in Lawrenceville.

When I first started coming to this bank with a check from my work I was extremely bothered that they wouldn't cash it unless I opened an account and it would still take days. So I decided to just do so and wait. Since then they have become my favorite banking institution especially because they are small and feel community oriented. I know the teller's name as well as the guard and they are always friendly and kind.

Only customer in bank, 2 tellers in bank, they were rude, unwelcoming. Seemed like a big bother. Banking there for 50 years. I have many friends who feel the same!! No smiles . SMH

Very bad experience with Ross. I hope that's his name. He had blond kind of spiky hair. He was asked by a teller to help and he said nothing but slumped his shoulders and gave us the rudest stare. And never helped. I was shocked. I have banked here for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly or felt so unwelcomed.
