The chocolate was amazing. Staff was not helpful. Did not greet me or my husband when we walked in didn't even look our way. Was visiting from out of town and a totally fan of fine chocolates was the absolute worst customer service I've received in a gift shop would have purchased more items but was so disappointed with the service just bought my chocolate and left. Found your establishment online wished I'd chose somewhere else.
Parking: Didn't know the store was in a office building which it a bit difficult to find. And parking is a mess in downtown Pittsburgh.

4.5 stars overall. A few years ago, St. Moritz Chocolatier merged with another business to become "Kelly's Sweets & Greets". Kelly's Sweets & Greets still uses the name "St. Moritz Chocolatier" on many of their packages of chocolates. The retail store is located on the second floor of the One Oxford Centre building in downtown Pittsburgh. Currently, its hours are Monday through Friday from the mid-morning to mid-evening. I had hoped to stop by the store on a Friday evening, but I was running late, so I instead placed an order through Kelly's website. On that same day, Kelly's mailed my package via UPS. On the next day, UPS delivered the package to me. The package contained the correct chocolates as well as two mini bags of jellybeans for free. My favorite chocolates were the chocolate-covered raisins (5 stars), which were a very large size and very flavorful. I also really liked the pecan turtles (4.5 stars), chocolate-covered pretzel twists (4.5 stars), and cordial cherries (4.5 stars). I thought that the buckeyes (4 stars) were good but could use a richer peanut butter.

I would love ❤️ to issue a GERAT! Thanks to Kelly! She's a wonderful woman to speak to and you can really feel for her customers! She wrapped the most beautiful for my wife and even after I placed the order to call me about the wrapping? Who's this person? SIMPLY THE BEST!

This place often gets overlooked because it's basically hidden in the Oxford building. It's near the hidden chick fil a, lol. They have super good chocolate, nice cards and gifts. This place is my go to for last minute gifts, chocolate fixes and sugar cravings. The staff is nice and they also offer rewards. If you spend a certain amount you get a $5.00 credit to use on your next purchase, which is nice!

This is such a fun little shop located in Oxford Centre. They've got a wide selection of chocolates, candies and treats. It's definitely a more upscale shop and a perfect place to treat yourself to a little something. It's also a good spot if you need to buy a gift or grab something to take to a party. It's convenient to have such a sweet place downtown. Get it? Sweet place...lol. In all seriousness, you get what you pay for here and that's top of the line quality!

When in Downtown Pittsburgh, I have made it a habit to stop at St Moritz Chocolatier located in One Oxford Centre. It was a very small store, tucked away next to Rivers Club elevators after come from the skywalk from the parking garage next to Macy's. It true had been a long time since I was there last and wasn't sure it would be with all the new remodeling Oxford Building was going through. I found it !!! Very happy and excited. The chocolate and candy is so very good and so worth the trip to find it !!! My granddaughter and I had a CANDY PARTY !!!

I am a regular customer of St. Moritz because they have great chocolates and candy for all occasions, and the people there are very friendly and helpful! They have a good reward program, too, so I highly recommend buying from this local store.
