Awful customer service. While checking in, a large man asked us various question then proceeded to say that I was allowed inside because of my dog. I advised him that he is my service dog and he said it didn't matter because he wasn't wearing anything that says it. I told him nevermind and told him I'll be taking my business elsewhere. He's lucky I'm not filing a complaint or speaking to a lawyer. After being a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, this incident has me seeking a new carrier. I have his papers and didn't even bother presenting them after being treated with such disregard.

I have stopped in this location several times and have always been greeted and treated well! In particular, yesterday I went to this store and Hunter helped me get an Iwatch. I was rather clueless and he was helpful, kind, and patient. He knew his stuff and upgraded my plan, which was more than I expected! I was really grateful!

The employee (I forget their name, I am sorry!) I dealt with at the T-Mobile in Banksville was extremely helpful, personable, and efficient! I got done what I needed to do, with a full explanation and understanding. But nonetheless, any staff there I engaged in conversation with were friendly and helpful!!

I went to this location T-mobile today, and it was amazing!!! The manager Elia was unbelievable and fabulous!!! He is the best! He helped me to get a SIM card without any problems and questions. Also he try to find me a good option and he was so kind. I was so happy to see that service and him as well!

I was in the store on Thursday night...I had to get a new phone...the old phone was damaged...and on life support...Anthony and Ryan both were helping me...and went way out of the way to salvage my contacts...and pics...over 3000 contacts..btw...They spent over a half hour...with a mouse hooked up the old phone to make it happen...These guys are awesome...and would highly recommend going to this store...they are super knowledgable...and instead of telling me...sorry...there is nothing we can do...they exceeded my hopeless expectations...and got it done!!...

I am very disappointed in the poor performance of the sales people in T Mobile on Banksville Road. I have been losing calls, and not getting calls, and missing very important voicemails.I was told by an associate at T Mobile that they couldn’t do anything for me, that I was to go to the Apple Store. I did go, and basically two people at the Apple Store ran diagnostics on the phone and said it was nothing they could do, to take it back to T Mobile as they are responsible for a new phone, because I bought it there.I was told by Hunter, the second time, after looking at it, did nothing. To see how it goes.I returned to the store today, and was asked to leave. You can certainly understand my frustration running back and forth to the mall and T Mobile several times and getting the run around. I believe his name was Lou, who treated me with disrespect and disdain.I’m filing a formal complaint against the store.I should also add that the regional manager was aware of the situation because Hunter was texting her. She too did nothing to rectify the situation.Do not do business with T Mobile. You will regret it.Thank you,Janet Lee

So I recently broke my phone again. And today I only had 20mins before they closed!! When I walked in I was greeted n asked if I could come back tomorrow. I said I couldn't n that I would be a quick customer. We've all had those kinda days. Everyone was really nice to me. Anthony though really blew my expectations outta the water!! Helped me so fast to get a new phone. Put my case on n protector screen on for me, everything was done within 25mins. He stayed an extra 10mins to help me when I really really needed it. I love my phone and very appreciative that they waited on me today. So if you ever have an issue and you have T mobile I would go straight to Anthony on the location by Kuhns in the plaza. Thanks again!!

I went there and added my family to my plan and I ported 4 numbers we wanted free phones but the supposedly only had 2 in stock so I got them now I’m 2 phones short, so Adam said the pixels are 100 a piece but if I don’t have the money I can pay 4$ x2 a month for them so I got them as well, Adam said one line was free and the other 3 lines would cost me 15$ x3 a month so I left the store under the assumption that my bill will be no more than 220 a month and I was not told about extra charges or anything, so my bill arrived at 483.00 and I flipped out! They charged me more than agreed on for the pixels and more than agreed on for the 3 lines that were not free so I called T-Mobile and they told me to go back to the store and have them call T-Mobile to fix it but all of sudden Adam got promoted and went to another store and hunter basically told me he would try to fix it but can’t promise me anything and they won’t give me the store info where Adam went! Stay away from this store they tell you anything to close the deal then play dumb when you find out they screwed you! As of right now I got one more payment left on my iPhone once I pay it off I’m returning the other phones and going to at@t or Verizon because T-Mobile and the people they trust to promote their business to are deceptive and dishonest! To the owner please don’t apologize and hit me with the automated response because it don’t mean anything how about you fix the lie Adam told me fix my bill and I’ll give you a better review

I signed up for T Mobile in September 2022 and was told I could have a $12 per month auto pay discount while using my Marcus card which provides me with excellent cell phone insurance coverage. Otherwise, I would have NEVER signed up for T Mobile's plan in this way. Apart from the brags of coverage, which are overly gratuitous, this was a reason for me to sign up. But the coverage was NOT in reality or actuality as good as they show on paper and on maps, and then they started disallowing auto pay discounts when you don't use a debit card or checking account. Bait and switch. Whether it's part of the contract or not, leading a customer to believe they receive a certain discount with the payment method in which they signed up, and then taking that discount away, is BAD BUSINESS and has left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth in addition to one of the main towers by my house being down for MONTHS after I signed up. Hold times of 20+ minutes to talk to a representative show a lack of respect for the customer as well. Business and respect are EARNED, and T-Mobile has *failed* at this. Do you really think I'm going to stay with you or switch back to Verizon after that way I've been treated and with your lackluster coverage? After 45 minutes+ on the phone, the supervisor couldn't reach a resolution.

My wife and I went in to get a new phone. We have been with t-mobile for about 9 years now and never had this terrible of an experience. The first person we encountered was not able to answer any of our specific questions and kept giving us answers that were so far off that they couldn't have been correct. After dealing with this for a while another person named Hunter came over and started to help. When I pointed out that the numbers that we were given don't make sense he said that the first person we dealt with was new and that I have an attitude. That's when I told him I need to speak to a manager and he said fine it he didn't care. The manager Wayde came over and took his time to explain the different options we could move forward with. Just as I thought none of the numbers that were given to us before Wayde got there were correct. I understand that it takes time to learn a new job but he should have some clue before he is tasked with dealing with contractual agreements. Basic math states that 35$ a month for 24 months is not 100$ total cost. I would suggest not working with Hunter if you have questions because he might accuse you of having a bad attitude. Hunter is the man! Adam was incredibly helpful, honest and generous too. As was all the staff there today. I was there upgrading phones and phone lines today for my company Wishbone's Pet Care. So happy to see so much true and genuine customer service today. 5 stars, no doubt. Thanks, Hunter and Team! Really needed that today. We appreciate it.
