This is one of the smaller Sportsman's Warehouses we have been in. Found what we needed during our visit.
However, we really enjoy shopping at the location in Erie a little more.
Much larger selection of sporting goods to include clothing.

Completely worthless store with zero customer focus or support. Placed an order online, website said product in stock. Drove 45 minutes to store to find out the item is not in stock and my order was canceled. I will never buy another item from sportmans warehouse. The good new is bass pro is opening in Robinson next year so sportsmans warehouse will be out of business soon in Pgh. Hopefully all the "experts" that work at SW won't get hired at BP. They sell sub par gun packages with the lowest end garbage optics on them and call themselves a sporting good retailer. This place is a joke.

Glad to see we have a real Sportsman's store in the local area. From camping, hunting, fishing, trapping and anything outdoors, they have a good selection. Although it might not be as large as their sister stores I visit in Missoula, MT, it still has a very wide selection of outdoor enthusiast gear. Since I'm always running by, it's easy to stop in and grab what I need and go. Also get on their email list, they constantly have great deals on items.

Regarding the fishing selection, Dicks Sporting goods has better selection. I was pretty shocked that the "sportsman's warehouse" didn't even have fish grips, or any large baits for musky or pike. Poor rod and reel selection as well. The only good thing I could say is they have a decent soft plastic selection. The staff is very nice as well. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it for fishing gear if you are looking for good selection.

I would never shop there again. Went to buy something for my husband and they gave me a hard time. They are rude and disrespectful. I would tell everyone to shop somewhere else and hope they go bankrupt

Stopped in today hoping I could get done what I needed. I feel bad for bothering the guy on his break but I asked before heading into the store if there was a bow tech in today, he took a Quick Look to see if he was parked outside and said he was there, informed me I should stop in the fron to check my bow in and get an orange band and then head on back to the hunting section. After that the man(whose name I didn’t get) helped me with what I needed done to my bow, gave me a few practice shots, grabbed a few things I needed to go with my bow and was on my way. Very polite, very great customer service, and was given info on things I didn’t know. I would recommend going here for your hunting needs

Very small store, bought a crossbow and couldn't shoot it inside in their deluxe, ultra bad 10 yrd range. To small of a store. Had to go home & have fun

I will never shop at this store again. I bought a .22 from here, and while checking out they let a man buying something more expensive jump in front of me. Then the gun never fired right. Every magazine I went through either had a jam or a misfire. I brought it back and they said there is no return policy. Only a protection plan which I didn't purchase because it was expensive. Their response was a .22 is unriable and we shouldn't keep keep loaded. How dumb. If I can't keep it loaded what's the point? And if it's unriable why are you selling it?

Lots of cool stuff for hunters, campers, hikers, shooters, etc... Store doesn't carry as much as their online website and ammo prices were what I considered a little bit pricey. Cool store that's has a lot of good products and accessories.

Was there for over an hour and the only employees I saw was the cashier and one outside smoking. This three saddest sportsman warehouse I've been to.

7/15 Tried price matching an item from a similar brick and mortar. Cashier called manager. Manager wouldn't come up said they don't price match from them. I then pulled up their own policy and it specifically stated they did. He came up looked pissed as though we inconvenienced him and then he said my sales price was a special offer and he refused to price match it even though it's available to everyone not just me. He then told me to never come back. Honestly I don't think I will there's a reason their stock is down and people like him are why. I would be more motivated to shop here again if people like him had any customer service skills. Obviously he must've missed that training day. Anyways I hope he has a hot pillow when he goes to sleep.
