I personally had a good experience selling and getting a fair price for my autograph memorabilia. I see there was a bunch of poor reviews saying “rip off” but I called a day ahead, explained what I had/want for it. I came in the next day and negotiated and got a fair price most definitely. In and out about 5-10 minutes which is very convenient in selling old pieces I no longer wanted. I’d always want a higher price but when you’re asking stores to take your piece and flip the memorabilia on their own time I think expectations need to be reevaluated. Thanks to the store and good service.

This store is an awesome experience, the owner is a true expert. It feels like the Sports World Hall of Fame in there, literally a library of legendary cards, jerseys, balls, artifacts, you name it. I sold a few signed & authenticated items in really good condition (helmets, a jersey, a stadium seat) and had some really fair, courteous, well-informed, and truthfully just overall fun negotiations with the owner Dan who is a real stand-up guy. I had some unique/less common items I was selling, and with some combined research of the current market, we reached a consensus on the estimated value. I give this place my highest recommendation based on my experience! It will be my new go-to spot for buying birthday, Christmas, and father's day gifts 100%

Awesome store with the best selection in the area. Consistently purchasing and posting new items so it's a fresh visit every time. Owner is very honest and down to earth, always willing to work with you.

Dude has a dry sense of humor, you just got to get to know him, he not fond of those coming in with no intentions to buy or coming in to sell a bunch of 1990's common cards LOL but overall his store is a great expierence!

I called on the 4th of July as the website said open. The man that answered was kind and personable. After stating the store was closed..I said we will be in the next day. How disappointing to meet the owner Dan to find out from the first 5 minutes he was more focused on selling online than spending time with the customers in his store. Not much eye contact..in personable..all I can say is Big..huge mistake..you missed out...

Great first time experience at this well-stocked shop. Owner helped us locate some Steeler memorabilia for my son to take to Steeler Training camp… He really went out of his way to find the perfect selection. Love that he took time out to look through my son’s card collection as well. Thanks so much. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in today to the mecca of sports memorabilla. Dan aka Mr. Means was courteous, professional and answered every question. We spoke for an hour. It was awesome and delightful to find someone so passionate about his craft. The store is beautifully laid out. He has it all. You name it! I could have spent hours in there. He also will try to find you something that you may be looking for that is not in the store. Also, his ebay store is so professional that it puts me to sleep at night. Beautiful listings over and over again. Do yourself a favor and stop in some time to Sports World Specialties. This guy plays in the majors compared to mall memorabilia operators. Also, the couple negative reviews he has comes from people looking to pawn off junk cards from the junk wax era. Would you want to deal with someone looking to buy or sell $1.00 buck cards. His store is as old school as it gets. He knows his stuff and the selection is the best. A+ all the way around. Thanks Dan. I love the three pennants brother.
