Went to (2) different Sport Clips on McKnight Rd. Both had 5-6 people in line/ waiting in chairs. I can't wait 1 hr. For a 15-minute haircut. This service is unacceptable - you should staff better as a national chain.
** Side note this is a random Tuesday at 3-3:30 pm. Got out of work early to wait around for 1 + hours to get a haircut.... come on Sport Clips. You're not charging the Great Clip rates - bump up the staff and service you provide to your customers, or we're not coming back.
People are outside: insane!!!

Great spot. I've had haircuts from Julie, Kayla and Destiny. All the stylists gave a great cut and a nice experience with the shampoo, warm towel and shoulder massage.

Requested style: Simple overpriced basically just use the electric trimmer get you in and out as fast as possible. They get the job done.

I have been following the same stylist for +10years throughout different stores, therefore my only loyalty is to her and not her employer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. My issue has nothing to do with my stylist or my haircuts but rather is geared towards the company and its operating methods. The online check in is obsolete. I have been the first one to “check-in” for an appointment with my preferred stylist. I show up 5-10min before every recommended time. I find that I usually wait an additional 15-30min regardless of when I check in. What’s the point of checking in online when walk-ins step right in front of you and make you wait even longer? It is more than likely related to increasing volume for profits but then just get rid of the app if I can’t reserve a time with a preferred stylist. If profit is the name of the game, then make it all walk ins. The sole reason I return is because I won’t go to any other stylist. It’s getting to the point where I’d rather pay her x5 amount to do it outside of business hours because of the excessively long and consistent wait times. I haven’t had an experience like this at any other commercial or private hair place. My hair cuts take 15 min but I usually wait 2-3 times as long just to get in a chair. Corporate isn’t setting the great employees of this location up to succeed, if anything they are hurting the stylists business and relationships with their loyal customers. No one is loyal to a corporation we are loyal to those who provide exceptional service. Get better Sports clips

I like the online check-in, it's typically accurate enough to let you schedule other activities around your hair cut. I take my son here, he's a sucker for most things sports related.

Staff gives great cuts, but they system of signing in with the app, and wait times are never even close. My place in line said 4 minutes and after 30 minutes I finally left. I also don't find it coincidental that as soon as I leave (2nd time now) I get a text saying I'm up next.

I just left I was the only one in waiting room my sign up didn't work but the girl knew I was only one there another walk in came in she knew I was first but because I'm computer illiterate she told me I would be behind himI have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional.

FYI: If you plan on coming to this Sport Clips, you must be extremely patient. It takes at least 40 minutes to get a haircut at this poorly understaffed salon with only five available barbers. I've waited 41 to be exact. However, I'm giving this place four stars because my barber (Julie) was very nice. She did an excellent job on my hair and my MVP. She also started a nice conversation about Easter with me. I'll come back here and request her if she's at work the next time.Service: Curly hair

I went there for a haircut early in the morning thinking they would be fresh. Unfortunately, seemed like the person was not listening and messed it all up. I know not to expect much from these kind of hair salons but no reason to pay 23 for a haircut instead of 15 at other salons in the same category.
