Absolute disrespectful Stylist named Tekila. She had an attitude from the start, didn't listen to my kind explanation of what I requested for my 11 year old's hair cut (that was done well at the same location but by a different stylist). Then she blatantly asked me, "If I was his mother? " because I asked for her suggestions of how to fade the sides of his hair. At that point, I said I am his mother, and I'm just looking for some feedback, and that's when Alysa, the other Stylist, intervened with kind suggestions. From there, I sat down with my other child as she continued the cut. (Later I find out she was mumblling under her breath; "How do you not know what your child's hair looks like?") When the cut was complete, I suggested that he get a wash, and he strongly said,"No, I don't want that." I thought that was strange, but I was so beside myself I just wanted a nice haircut for their picture day, which was the following day. I check out, tip her 20% and walk out. In the car my son tells me she was saying these things under her breath and rushing him out of the chair. I went back into the store to express my high dislike of the rude and disrespectful interaction with her and my 11 year old son. When I expressed this, she immediately talked over me, shook her head, and said I'm allowed to say what I want. I said I disagree, and that is not professional and shouldn't be the interaction at a salon, especially with a child involved. Unfortunately, she told me to get out, and that she didn't do anything wrong. I will never return to her again, hope she is reprimanded for her unprofessionalism and held accountable for her disrespect, especially to a child. I will be continuing this complaint to higher management.

I have gone here for a while but today has ruined that. Tekila or whatever her name is messed my beard up so bad that I'm sick. You're absolutely terrible at your job & 10000000% do not recommend her. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all cost.

Butchered my husbands hair. I about died when he walked in the house.. he hates it and couldn’t wait to run out the door at this place . Completely uneven, and for $25 my kids could have done a better job.. let’s hope it grows back before the wedding we are in in 2 weeks. It’s like she put a bowl over his head. I’m not even sure how to explain it but he should receive a refund and a complimentary hat to wear. Lol.

Pre-COVID I went here lots. Always had good cuts. I went two years without a cut. After coming back, I’ve gone a few times and don’t think any of the old staff still work there. I’ve had a handful of mediocre cuts with VERY awkward conversations.It is a convenient option, but the drop in quality is disappointing.

3 years ago: Stylist cut my ear early on. Said nothing until I was done. I could tell something had happened as it smarted. Generally good staff. Insane wait times now due to virtual queue. Have had better experiences at the Cranberry and Bethel locations

Someone cut my boyfriends hair and it is absolutely awful. It was like she had never cut hair before. He said he didn't even seem like she had cut hair before. He has inconsistent cuts that are super uneven not a clean part at all. Didn't cut to his normal length he had listed in his profile. BRUTAL. Do not come here.

I had haircut at this location several times, but this time I was very disappointed, every time I choose first available this time there was lady her hands are shaking to do the haircut and my hair was messed up I did not even know what to say at that time I was really felt like sitting on something that I know it will be messed up, can you hire someone at-least they can handle the trimmer.

This place is a joke. They make you create an account online and give all of your personal information just to get in line. Then after you create all your information and get to the store your spot in line is gone and the wait time is gone from 20 minutes to an hour and a half. Absolutely atrocious business practices and will never be back here again.

Checked in through the app for my son. Told to arrive at 1:06 pm. Arrived a couple minutes early. Waited for 35 minutes before son was called back. That is unacceptable when the whole purpose of the check-in is to avoid those kind of wait times. While in store, notified that there is a water main break so they can’t wash his hair. No problem. Hair was cut. Looked good. Pay for service. Charged me for a triple play ($25). Excuse me, that is not the service he received. Stylist says they only have triple play and MVP. That’s fine. But that isn’t what was received. My son and I have gone to this location for a few years now and this was by far the worst experience we have had. It is time to reevaluate where we go for haircuts.

I received this terrible haircut 2 weeks ago. They were unable to fix the back so I went to get it fixed somewhere else. The next week the manager (Ellie) asked me for my feedback, upon telling her I already got it fixed elsewhere and I only wanted my tip back she completely ghosted me. Terrible customer service. 0/5
