So this is my story, stopped in to sell a ring that I bought 9 years ago! There were three very kind ladies working. I couldn’t have felt more engaged in talking to them. IF anyone is looking to buy or sell jewelry, this is the place! They are truly honest and I will not anywhere else! Believe me when I tell you, they have integrity and are honest. Five stars for me!

On the day we were there, the dogs was not behaving, the person we stood there waiting for was not pleasant or helpful, in fact we felt like we were a nuisance coming in. After an unnecessary about items we wanted to sell...we left with our pieces. When I called to go over, that person was great on phone, sorry we did not see her

Sparklez Jeweler's are just phenomenal folks and have help me out with a few loan's throughout the yrs and very kind and sweet and professional...I have very valuable gold pieces that I 100% trust with them and the place is very clean and beautiful and I can't help myself to shop for their unique and gorgeous jewelry ? 2 older ladies had me waiting on them for ATLEAST 25 minutes before even being seen. Just a quick " I'll be with you soon" and their over here talking about hair color...... I'm a black man as well. Total disrespect! I'm still debating if I should say something as we speak lol......

I normally drice my Aunt there when she has an item or two to pawn. The last time she came in, her item was not real, and she needed the money until she got her check. The manager Keith, did a very kind gesture, which most people wont do. I will definitely tell everyone. Kindness goes a long way.

This jewelry store is a hidden gem, and their prices are fantastic! We have made several purchases from a fine gentleman named Keith, who not only goes out of his way to be kind, but is extremely professional and knowledgeable! We will not purchase fine jewelry anywhere else than Sparklez!

I strongly recommend you don’t shop here if you want to be treated with respect. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to inquire about selling an engagement ring and the lady who answered the phone stated “Well, it has to be real, we don’t buy costume jewelry.” I responded that it was real. I asked for her to tell me the process, and she stated I needed a drivers license. I asked her if there was anything else I needed, and how long it would take. She snapped back and said “Well you can’t come in tonight; you’ll have to come in tomorrow or Saturday.” I responded back by telling her I was aware of their hours and I was not coming in tonight. She then stated “I’m not taking this” and proceeded to hand the phone to another associate and did not relay what the phone call was about. I will not be shopping at this business or selling any jewelry to them.

I only go to Sparklez for all my jewelry loan needs. They are very professional and fair and I haven’t walked out disappointed yet. They have helped me out when I needed it the most and make everything so easy and smooth when picking up or paying on ur jewely. They also have so many beautiful rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, etc at a affordable price range which makes them a great one stop shop for all your jewelry needs. Also did I mention how friendly the staff all are which makes doing business with them that much more enjoyable.
