I picked up my new Lincoln Aviator at South Hills Lincoln on Tuesday. I was treated very well. Amy in the finance department was very thorough. Rick Jr explained all the features and answered my questions. It was great experience. Service was excellent. I would recommend dealing with South Hills Lincoln if you are looking to purchase a new or certified used Lincoln vehicle.

Friendly professional organization. My questions were addressed to my satisfaction and I never felt pressured I have been in the market for a new vehicle - I checked all the comparable competitors and decided on Lincoln. This is my first Lincoln and my first USA vehicle in more than 30 years.

Russ was an excellent salesman. From the moment we called in to ask a question to the end of the process he was never pushy. He only tried to help us throughout the whole process by making plenty of suggestions. When we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted on the lot he looked elsewhere but made another suggestion for one on the lot that fit us better and saved us money. So glad we made a last minute decision and decided to go to South Hills Lincoln instead. Amy in financing was so friendly too and just made you feel very comfortable. Very nice place great buy!!!

Dave, the mobile technician was excellent and had the issue fixed in less than a half an hour. Heartily recommend the mobile service and hope that South Hills Lincoln expands it as much as possible.
