Sophie is the best! My 2 daughter’s and I went to get fitted. Sophie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She brought us many choices to try and adjusted and checked each one. She helped to find us deals on the clearance rack as well. Customer service was great at the Ross Park Mall Location. Thank you!

Service borders on rude. Lack of bras in size large despite that being their most requested. Said they can't order - have to take what's sent to them

I was in the Ross park mall store on 2/19 before noon and the lady who I believe was in charge was extremely rude. I had a return and a 3 month old damaged bra. She made me feel like I did something wrong. She never offered any help! I will never go back. Terrible customer service

Rude and unprofessional! I visited Soma at Ross Park Mall, the North Hills branch (Pittsburgh) on Saturday 9/1/22. Two ladies were there. One was nice. The other one who attended to me acted like an unfriendly bully totally unprovoked and for no reason whatsoever. After paying for the merchandise and as I was leaving the store, she commented, " This is how we do things". I didn't even understand what she was talking about. Won't be shopping there anymore.

I read all the negative reviews, honestly gave it some serious thought. I decided to go in anyway. I am so glad I did! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Listened to me and came up with awesome solutions. Definitely going bCk!

Very disappointed in my experience at this store today. I was expected to shout my size across the store to the saleswoman, she told me I am “too demanding” for asking whether the panties she was holding had lace on them, she condescendingly called me “honey” about 20 times (not exaggerating). She also made a point to tell me she had spent a long time arranging the panties on a table which made me feel uncomfortable for looking for my size. I am actually sorry I didn’t walk out of the store after she called me “too demanding”. I regret giving her commission on the products I bought. And I am nervous to ever go into that store again!

I went in to get a bra in my size and the lady checking me out asked if i’m sure it would fit (36G) and i said well i tried a 38DDD and that was too big and my 34H is becoming tight so the next size would be a 36G to which she basically told me i was wrong and wanted me to check and make sure the size i’ve been wearing is my actual size (which is fair but we mentioned before how i’ve sized myself already) and proceeded to also tell me when i sized myself at home and at Victoria Secret it was wrong (we got 38DDD) so she sized me in store to get a sizing of 38DDD tried it on and what do you know it’s too big and she tells me it looks like you’re a 34 or 36 so she gets me a 36G like i was going to purchase and tells me it fits like i was wrong. I did not like the experience of someone thinking they know my body better than i know my own body i didn’t ask for a sizing i knew what i needed i didn’t need 30 minutes of waiting to hear things i’ve already figured out myself if i did i would’ve approached and asked for help

Love love love this store! The employees are beyond helpful and the quality of the bras are amazing! The cool nights pajamas are the best (especially if you’re going through ‘the change’ like my mother or pregnant like myself).

Really disappointed to drive over an hour to the store only to find out they are on a lunch break. I understand being short staffed but at least post that online so someone doesn’t make the same mistake. Lunch break is from 2:30-3:30.

Literally worst bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. I usually always go to Soma for their quality bras but the experience was so bad I ended up leaving with nothing. The store employee was beyond rude.

This was my second shopping spree at Soma and the experience was as pleasant and rewarding as the first. The service was excellent ( Aneka was especially helpful and patient in helping me with sizing and selection) and the quality is much better than other lingerie shops one finds in malls. It is definitely my go-to lingerie shop in Pgh.

My experience at Soma in Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, PA was great, & it was because of Keaira. I wanted to try someone else who knew about curvy and larger chests, & Soma fit my needs while providing a sales associate who knew what they were telling the customer. She was very patient yet also determined to find a few options that would work for me. For someone who has struggled with finding bras that fit my entire top, this was a blessing. Thank you!
