Terrible customer service!! BUYER BEWARE! I bought a pair of shoes from them and they came damaged already and they only offered $15 even though it was their fault. Wouldn't even offer a refund or exchange! Don't do business with this shady company!

Not sure how you can operate an online shoe/clothing business and not allow exchanges or returns.I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size, but after trying them on they were way bigger than expected.I asked about returning or exchanging them and they told me that "all sales are final." No options at all. No store credit, no exchanges, nothing.Sorry, but that's awful customer service. To pay for a $200 shoe and $20 shipping (which they took a week to even ship them out) and not allow you to even exchange or provide store credit is crazy.

Nice little store right across the from the T station. They're real clean in there and they sell limited edition sneakers and tennis shoes. They also sell trendy outfits and clothes for men and women. They sell online as well.

Great store! Would highly recommend. The manager Tyler and staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated Tyler taking his time to explain product and his knowledge of sneaker history. Great experience.

I purchased a pair of sandals back in June and received the wrong item. I then called customer service to get a return label and stated I would like the correct pair sent once they received my return. I have yet to receive my sandals or a refund to my card. They have had my had my return since July 5. Customer service will not respond to any of my emails or return my calls as well as the store that has the shoes on the shelf and won’t give them to me. I am beyond upset and would love to just have my $140 back. Horrible horrible business and customer service. Beware of this company they have an “F” rating on the better business bureau.

Beyond unprofessional. The employees and management are some of the worst I've ever encountered. They legitimately lie to customers and back door hyped releases. They shouldn't even have a Nike account. Terrible store. Let a better and more well run store get hyped releases instead of this place. I would never shop at this store or give them my money again.

This place is crap. NO ONE should ever shop here. It's not ran as a business at all. They're just a fulfillment shop except worse. Everything they put in stock online actually isn't in stock. They just hold your money and THEN they go try to fulfill the order meaning they never had stock in the first place. Basically they just hold your money and if they can't find it you just wasted your time while they hold it. Shady business. Stay away.
