Ben helped me figure out what bed I needed and set up a delivery much faster than I could find anywhere else. If you're in a hurry , rather than buying online, it's worth stopping at this store and seeing what they can do.

Came in a little upset over my bed but talked with Monica and she was very attentive and listed to what I needed and help me get it fixed. Then Mr Henry spent a good amount of time helping me explain to find a proper pillow as silly as that sounds made a huge difference for the customer experience in the store. Will be back again to work with them both

Sales person was very helpful and kind. He quickly looked up our past purchase (15 years ago in CA) showed us some options but at no time did we feel pressured to buy more than what we intended to, we had gone in knowing pretty much exactly what we wanted. My only complaint doesn't really pertain to the store. Our old mattress broke and it is going to take 4 weeks to get the new bed.

Store = new employee didn’t give me all necessary info on return policy - headboard, leading to headquarters having to remove from my statement. Delivery was scheduled too early and chat room promised it would be changed until my caregiver would arrive at 11:00 AM. Bed arrived at 9:00AM. Nice delivery men were very kind but couldn’t help with the time causing me (80years old with MS to have to get up, move my car, and deal with my dog alone. This is the third attempt to get help with chat room and because I am am computer illiterate and type with one finger, I was cut off each time. You decide if my experience has been good!

Tried many different mattresses with the expert help from Henry at the McKnight Rd store. By trying different mattresses it gave is the most comfy mattress for both of us.

Bent windmill in garden, left tape around bottom of sofa skirt,did not take large pillows off sofa going through doorway threw small pillows on wet porch (The porch was wet from rain and their shoes)

The experience was great, Ben walked us through everything, we tried out the different types of mattresses and Ben answered all of our questions. Matthew jumped in to help us to get checked out so Ben could help another customer.They were both so knowledgeable and courteous.

The sales experience was fine but then we didn’t need “sold” since we had am 18 year old bed. However our sales person messed up our delivery address and everything is going to our previous address where the first bed wen to in 2001! The sheets went there yesterday and the residents at our previous residence sent them back. Ever disappointed in this staffing as I told him repeatedly our correct address! I am annoyed as well as being hospitalized with liver/pancreatic cancer and need the new bed for my release to home.
