Utterly despicable customer service. They do not carry what you are looking for and then will take a phone call in the middle of your conversation with them. I will never step foot in this establishment again nor the other shops in this area run by their ilk, as they all work for/ with each other.Do not support this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. We need to build for and support our own.

This is an OK place for several hair selections. They have cheap clothes and cheap shoe (cheap as in the material). They have a compulation of stuff to make money for the store. They have a chilled drink area. I'm not sure what's all in there. I dont want to buy food from a hair store but it works for some. I noticed hair products being out of date. So BE CAREFUL. LOOK AT THE EXPIRATION DATE. You could get screwed. I noticed it many times and on different products. So I only buy certain things from here. I do not trust it. They have a lot of products.Keep your receipt of you need to return something. They offer returns.I dont think they really care for the people that shop there. They are there to provide a service and make money. That is the vibe I get from them. They will speak but mainly speak arabic. Seems to be a family/friend type business. They may hire someone local but it is not consistent. You will see a worker and never see them again. They dont last. They doesn't seem genuine especially selling to a black community. Perhaps, people steal from them or something because when I shop I feel like I'm being watched. I get in and out. It's so cramped and packed with stuff. I'm not comfortable. I get in and get the heck out. I only get certain things from this store. I prefer to spend my money somewhere I feel more welcomed, where there is not expired products, where they are more inviting.

Such a shame this place has a decent selection of quality wigs. But their customer service lacks. I came here a few years back had a good experience so I decided to come back ..whoever they have working in the back they should just put up front. They apparently only allow one wig try on. They might as well not allow it at all and when I asked for the gentlemen to at least bring every wig I was interested in down so that I can see it up close before making my decision he was getting irritated as if it would've of made a difference since I couldn't try them all on. I only purchase human hair and was willing to purchase a $300 unit and even though I was certain of the one I wanted I was completely put off by the lack of friendly service decided not to make the purchase..

Great store on the east side! Pretty much has what your looking for when it comes to hair supplies and maintenance for women. Came here to get my daughter some things for school she loves this store too

It's a lot of hair products. Not a lot of crochet ocean wave hair that I was looking for but nevertheless they have snacks, hair clippers, all accessories you need there to buy, and it's open on Sundays.

Just got a wig from there not only was the store a complete mess the service was awful and slow. took the the wig out the box and it’s low quality at best. Now I’m out of $70 for absolutely nothing . Never going back not even for lashes
