I found the professionalism and quick response time commendable. However, as a company claiming to be IT experts, they displayed very little knowledge of Pennywise, the supernatural killer clown made famous by two iterations of movies and the best selling novel. Their staff, while friendly, kept redirecting my questions about IT to my computer and networking needs. I mean, seriously? I'm trying to discuss the plot of Steven King's greatest novel and all I'm getting in response is talk about computer stuff? Should I ever have any needs related to the world wide interweb, I would most likely call these guys back, but I would honestly go elsewhere for Maine-based horror novel information.
