Bought my wife a gmc terrain had a minor issue on the test drive berry took care of it asap then had a minir problem with the fuel cap didnt have the key he took care of that asap purchased the extended warranty had a setback but mr roland took care of that as well all in all some good guys weve takrn it to canton cleveland up to our camp in dubois numerous times.....very reliable vehicle these guys are very decent and any issues were solved very quickly thank you mr roland and mr berry..... Want to add onto my review this was in 2018 and the terrain is still going strong... Change your oil and do preventative maintenance. That's how you make a used car last..... Best 10 grand we've spent put over 60 k on her.... Honest review from a Pittsburgh working class guy

Drove 2 hours there to look at a car and then struck a deal with the salesman there for about a thousand off the original price. Left a deposit and shook hands with the guy. Didn’t take the car home that day because of work and then the Owner calls me the next day about how the salesman was wrong about the thousand off and that he can only do around 500 off. Despite the fact that we already had a deal the day prior. Over the phone he said that he was about to fire the guy who made the mistake which was insane over a 500 dollar difference. As a small business owner myself if any of my employees made a mistake like that I would eat the cost and make it right as everyone is not perfect. I usually try and ignore the bad reviews and give every place a fair chance for business but the negative reviews here are true. This place is not worth your time or money until the management/Ownership changes. Unacceptable business practices.

I was in an accident back at the end of 2023 and needed a vehicle pretty quickly since my car had been considered totaled. Showcase Motors had something that caught my eye and really didnt want to pass it up if it turned out to be the right fit. I cant say enough about how well i was treated during the whole process. They made me feel like family and I got a really reliable vehicle (an upgrade for me too) just in time for winter! There was a slight delay in the time I expected the vehicle to be ready but it was worth it for the repair they were handling before officially passing the vehicle off to me. I received such great service at the time that even a couple family members have purchased from Showcase since then. If you're looking to buy something used, affordable and not only in reliable condition but clean & pristine as well - I would take a look down at Showcase and I would be surprised if you couldn't find just what you're looking for! Thanks Barry & Bill! Ya'll really hooked me up when I needed it!
For reference - this review is being posted about 8 months following my purchase and my vehicle has remained reliable. If i have needed to call for anything, someone at Showcase always answers or gets back to me and if its not something they handle - they point me in the right direction to get it taken care of. I've only called them once since my purchase ?

Called this dealership to ask for someone to please video call me because I do not live in PA the state this car dealership is but I did see online they had a truck I was very interested in one of my top 2. The man that answered the phone told everyone that was within ear shot that I wanted a video chat to see a truck and they all laughed. I told him I have done this a few times already today and I just need to see if it's rusty and hear it run. I told him I use an app that is well known and he said hold on I'll try to get it to work and then said he couldn't do it talk to someone else. Another older sounding man got on the phone and said he couldn't do it if I didn't have an IPhone. All they could say was this truck is top notch. But could vide call you and couldn't stop laughing like little girls in a class room. It's a shame that car dealers want you to see their cars but not buy them. I was already pre-qualified to buy this truck with my bank but they didn't want my money.

I was in search of a 4x4 truck when I passed by Showcase Motors and seen a nice looking line of preowned pick up trucks on the front line of their lot at 2244 Sawmill Run Blvd. Stopped by and found a gem of a truck that was exactly what I was looking for. The owner and sales associate were very helpful with assisting me into the truck that I had eyes on. Good shop vibes, comfortable, friendly and courteous office atmosphere with lots of vintage model cars as the focus of the interior decor, pretty cool. I will definitely be stopping by their lot again for my next preowned vehicle; and if a friend is looking to find a different mode of transportation, I will highly recommend they go down and talk to the guys at Showcase Motors.

Contacted Bill, online about a vehicle and financing he sent me a credit app. Which I filled out right away and sent back. He reach out to me and explained and apologized that he became busy which is understandable. Later the next day I reach back out to him asking about my credit app and of course no answer. I decided to reach out to him once again on 05/20/2024 I let him know that if this is how they conduct business then I want nothing to do with them or their business and all I got back in return from Bill, was a thumbs up emoji. Stay away from this idiot at all costs yes they help people in need but this guy Bill, us going to destroy their business.

Bought a truck from them. They painted over a bunch of rust all over the truck. Couldn’t tell when I bought it less than two months later the rust is already coming through and it’s pretty bad. I wouldn’t mind it if they just told me about it. They also raised the price on me less than a day later when I came back to buy the vehicle and lied to me about a part they put on the truck that was never installed. Typical used car salesman and dishonest. No integrity. never go there again, telling all my friends.

Absolute dirt bags. I bought my equinox back in September. The first one I bought from them was completely destroyed underneath, the frame, carriage were both completely rusted out then to patch the holes they tried to use bondo then undercarriage spray to hide it. Thankfully I took it to my personal shop not even 24 hours later because the exhaust fell off. Told the owner and reported them to the State police because it had a fresh inspection. He said he was going to make it right so I went back down and he sold me another piece of junk. I paid 9000 cash for a 2010 equinox and not even 3 months in needed a throttle body, brakes, rotors, O2 sensor. And now not even 6 months later my catalytic converter went. Absolute dirt balls would never tell anyone to get a car from these thiefs

This is absolutely the worst place to buy vehicle. There total scammers make you feel at home and there your friend then boom you sign papers to a piece of junk. Rotors brakes and calipers bad. And now i sit at my inspection center with no exhaust it fell off running boards both fell off and transmission is slipping. I financed for 21000 im on my 7th payment and im already 4000 into things needing fixed!! Dont buy a vehicle there EVER!!
