My favorite pharmacy i ever used honestly.and i used quite a few in past 18 years but this one is by far the best. They always treat you kindly snd with respect, they dont treat you bad either for being in a Mat program, most do sadly but not these guys. I never felt i was treated like a number just treated as a customer, and for that im grateful! Not to mention you can refill online if you register a account

I love having this pharmacy right in my neighborhood. They are very professional and they get to know their patients well. They have time to properly take care of you and administer vaccines etc without feeling rushed. They will even personally call me when they get a new Rx for me and it is ready. No appointments necessary for vaccines which is convenient. I honestly pay a little more on my copays to avoid using the mail order pharmacy preferred on my insurance. I feel like I get better care here and it is absolutely worth every penny.

The prices are often not competitive vs. Giant Eagle or Aldi's, except for the sweets/confections/baked stuff (see below). The wait in line? Ridiculous. Sure, that is a 'first world problem', but every...single...time there a wait to purchase maybe 4 items seems more than 10 minutes. Why don't they even use the self-checkout anymore? They have like FOUR self-serve stations there, all idle, and in my observation, not used in a long, long time. The employees there seem to hate their job. If that IS your job, why not just make the best of it and exude happiness, with the idea that you will get it back from customers and make your own work experience more pleasant? Oh, just because I'm a WHAT, you say? My mom is THAT promiscuous, you claim? That is the attitude I would expect from these people, based on my ill-fated and foolish attempts at conversing as if they are valued human beings, if not, shall I dare say, friends. I wish I could love the store. Their bakery section, actually, IS price competitive with an amazing variety of cakes, pies, cookies and the like, baked in-house. But that is not enough to earn good marks. In mid-2022, they've had problems judging from the Health Department's inspection. This store could have potential to be brilliant, like those festive Giant Eagles with popcorn, coffee, clowns riding on ponies, and impromptu beach ball volleyball going on with the senior shoppers before noon! But instead, it is an overpriced, dirty, slow moving, dungeon.

Stopped by for a flu shot. No waiting and was quick. Service with a smile. Also, the latest Covid-19 variant vaccine is in and no waiting either.

I pick up my wife's prescriptions and travel a long distance for Christina. We were in a bad accident with a well truck and the wife doesn't do well on highways. They have always treated me with respect as well. Very fast, Very polite and I agree they don't look down on you nor judge your situation. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They go all out to take care of your needs and make sure you always have your medication. Thank you for just being polite and courteous. Sometimes a simple smile and a hello can change someone's day. Kudos !!!

On 01/04/22, Matt the owner did something very wrong. While in the store yesterday a customer had purchased some Amish chicken marked at 0.7 cents a lb which the total was 0.21cents. When checkout and ready to pay the cashier said no! It was a mistake. She asked for the manager to honor the price, very decently. Matt instead of doing the right thing; he called police and banned her for pointing out his mistake. Totally disgusting behavior of Shop 'n Save.. from now on they lost another customer. Giant Eagle it is!!! Matt you know you were wrong.

They have been offering more foods on their delivery that are not in stock. I stopped 5 months ago because of this but it's worse now. I have 11 items and 8 out of 11 were not there. The shopper is wonderful but the store should be closer for continued false availabilities on their lists. Interestingly, their substitutes added to my cost. I will let Instacart know, too!

Why does this feel like an unfinished store? Maybe it's because you can tell that they cut part of the store off, evidence of this is the fact that the cart return has a wall through it. Maybe it's because they decided to close off the second entrance and table and chairs there. Maybe it's because it's so bland in here, there is no color other than grey. With this place being decreased in size meant that there was a decrease in product on the shelves. I came here twice in one day for last minute supplies and finding what I needed wasn't always easy. And what I did find, my options were limited. Everything was so lax in here as well when it came to the employees. They seem to be more interested in having conversations with one another than helping people. But, whatever, it's a grocery store.
