“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

“I felt at home a warm welcome, Michelle is a spitfire she stopped immediately, as she was vacuuming, to attend to my needs. I have a pair of worn sharkskin cowboy boots that I'm getting done and she suggested new heels and all the services I need. I can't wait to see them. I'll post that later I have a before and after photo. But I've also had service at this place before when they redid my gloves that I use everyday when I teach snowboarding impeccable detail and they've held up for over 6 years. Plus there's nothing like walking in a shoe store and smelling that great leather and a smiling face to greet you. You will never get that at a big box store. Go see Tiny Dancer Michelle if you need anything repaired be a leather boots gloves probably belts who knows they do it all they'll get it done right the first time for you take it from the Shark”

“I wish I would have shopped here sooner. Wonderful experience, got exactly what I needed & had a good experience shopping. I actually got just the right amount of help from an associate (Jeff) too. It wasn't awkward or overbearing, he pointed me where I needed to go and didn't try to sell me anything. Definitely made shopping there easy and welcoming. I know the prices may seem high but you are getting quality material and let's be honest.. larger clothing so it's going to cost more. They have a huge variety of clothing from shirts, polo's, pants, dress clothes, shoes, swim trunks, socks, hoodies, belts, discount racks, pajamas, etc. And I saw large sized clothes at least to 64 dress coats or 6x shirts for example. I don't know why one reviewer said they don't have big clothes, because they do! The only thing I didn't see were large framed sun glasses, only regular sized which was disappointing but not the reason I shopped here. Will be coming back, highly recommend.”

“I have been dealing with foot pain from hallus rigidus for the past few years. Always having trouble with shoes. I finally visited this store and WOW! I finally have shoes that I can walk pain free in! One of my Birkenstocks was rubbing my toe and he was able to file it down right there. I love how I can have my shoes fixed right there locally. The guy at the shop was very knowledgeable and I even got orthotic inserts. It's a bit pricy but worth it! I got 2 pairs of shoes, one with orthopedic inserts and the other getting more cushion installed, all for less than custom orthotics I've had made in the past. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend this store to everyone!”

“I went in to exchange a pair of boots (wrong size, loved the style)... I was greeted by the sweetest salesman ever. We talked about many things and he NEVER pressured me into looking at or purchasing a pair of shoes. I had won the boots at a fundraiser and could easily have walked out without a purchase EXCEPT the shoes in this store are AMAZING, so many styles, designs and colors. There is something for everyone and anyone! I purchased an additional pair of shoes which I adore and plan on several more purchases. This store is a gem and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Please consider Ten Toes on Walnut St in Shadyside if you are considering a shoe purchase. You won't regret it!”
