Ordered hamburger and a cup of fries through the drive thru. I got the small bag of fries instead of the cup. Tried call the MT. Nebo Sheetz, but the phone keeps ringing and no answering machine. I used my sheetz card but order doesn't show up on app. So other than driving back to this location, there is no other way correct the error.

Jason was the man who helped with my order, genuinely put in such care.i ordered a cinnamon pretzel to which they ran out, understandable mistake, yet Jason went above & beyond & refunded me the pretzel without me even asking, definitely give him a raise or incentive because he genuinely has so much care for the business regardless of the title, he really is a spectacular worker & amazing in customer service.Apologies for the goofy name, old account but just HAD to make a review for him.

For the past few days I’ve had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes for mobile orders I placed prior to coming. Both days I only ordered one item. I’m over it and will now just travel up the road to the other location.

Let me begin by saying my wife and I visit this Sheetz often and are generally quite pleased with both the food and service, and today was no exception. I ordered a burger and she ordered a chicken sandwich; both were very good and filling for a reasonable price.Two things about our experience, however, did mar our enjoyment of our meal. First: the chairs in the little dining area are extremely heavy. Surprisingly heavy, in fact. We are both more or less able-bodied adults and were able to shift the chairs to our liking. However, for the elderly, the less abled, or small children these chairs could prove a real challenge. Were people really stealing so many of Sheetz’s chairs that they need to weigh 80 lbs??Second: on both of our sandwiches the pickles were ALL piled on top of each other! Why would the food preparers do this? Ideally we want to taste pickle in each bite, why not spread them around a bit? So we must either get condiments on our fingers while moving them around ourselves, or else we must tolerate a single pickle cairn piled up in the middle of the sandwich. This may seem trivial but it really does impair one’s enjoyment of the meal, and it would be extremely easy to fix. Just arrange the pickles in a triangle or other simple design!Apart from these gripes it was a very pleasant meal and overall dining experience and we will definitely return!

Chad, the supervisor working night on 9/15, is a great employee and deserves a raise! They were short three employees and he maintained great customer service. You can tell how much effort he puts towards this job.

Every time I come back to this area, to Pittsburgh I love to go to Sheetz and get a great breakfast sandwich. But this morning, at the Mount Nebo location that was not the case. The service was poor, but worse, the sandwich was terrible. The bun wasn’t even cut but was torn apart, the meat cold inside and missing several ingredients. There was enough lettuce on it for a whole salad though, which was also ridiculous. I am so disappointed. I won’t even try to visit a Sheetz when I come back to this area again.

Horrible Customer Service at SheetzI ordered a coffee through the drive-through and waited in line for over 25 at the window. There was no one else ahead of me and no one to be found inside except the older gentleman working the cash register who refused to acknowledge that I had been sitting there for what seemed like eternity.Nobody came to the window, even to let me know that they were backed up and it might be a few minutes before I get my order (If that was the case). There was only 2 of us in the drive through line at the time and not many ppl inside from what I saw.If they are truly that busy, they could have shut down the drive-through line temporarily or at least let the customers in line know that they were going to wait a while. Instead, I was left sitting there, waiting for one drink that I could have gone in and gotten 14 times by myself.This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this Sheetz location. I have also experienced long wait times and rude customer service on other occasions. Don’t waste your time with this location unless you have endless time on your hands to waste.

I ordered a sandwich with a side at 9:05. Checked out immediately after placing the order. I recieved it and notified them that i did not recieve my side. I walked out with my full order at 9:24 only to open up my sandwich to find it on a stale crossiant. This Sheetz has gone down hill drastically.
