This sheets in particular is extremely horrible. Every single time we have got stuff from them our order is never complete ordering from them through doordash is a horrible mistake. The quality of their food & the quality of their service has went down tenfold. The bread is always stale for the subs they only give you two pieces of deli meat and the deep fried food is always stained because of old grease & the portions have dropped 50% but yet they charge you even more than before. I would say avoid this sheets particularly at all cost go to the one in West Mifflin or Robinson or cranberry I have had nothing but horrible service and horrible quality food from this place I have kept my mouth shut for a long time but now I've had it this place needs to be investigated.

They just updated it. Inside is more modern like the rest of the Sheetz. This one was outdated and def needed a makeover. Has more cold meals/desserts, donuts and bigger coffee bar. Not to mention a drive thru, car wash and a place to charge your electric car! Wooooo ?

They just changed their chili supplier. Did not put up a notice or anything. Got my nachos home and was highly disappointed. Does not taste anything like it used to. Tastes like cheap chili from a can. I am highly upset due to the fact that i hate generic, cheap canned chili. In fact, sheetz chili is the only chili of this kind that i like. Now i have wasted my money and will not be returning again. When i called to inquire about this, itvsays the number is no longer in service.

I stopped at this location because it's convenient for me. However, on this particular day I was completely out of gas so I stopped. I saved up enough points to get $0.50 off a gallon of gas. It did take my entire balance of my rewards but I was willing to do it because I needed the gas. I inserted a gift card thinking there was $50 on it and there was only nine dollars on it. That did not fill up the tank so I went inside with extra cash and explained my situation to the manager who told me that there was nothing they could do and I would lose my $0.50 off a gallon of gas. She never even offered to try to make the situation correct or reimburse me or anything of that nature. I will not stop here anymore.

Service is pitifully slow.
On multiple visits, and even when the traffic in the store is slow - kitchen service is PITIFULLY slow.
Management either isn't paying attention, or isn't very good at being management.
This location requires regional supervisory attention/training desperately.
Thumbing through the other reviews I see I'm not alone.
A bad mark on a generally good brand name.

I dont ever leave bad reviews on sheetz. In 2020 i was crowned the biggest sheetz fan infact. But this recent renovation is terrible. Where are all the pumps that use to be here? Now there is always a traffic jam and a line for fuel, even if im stopping in and not getting fuel. Please please please don't do this to mon city location during renovation, those pumps are already crowded, if anything they need more.

They finally renovated this place. Unfortunately, I think they only hire exclusively People who have no idea what they're doing. Every time I order food it is never ready. It takes longer than a half an hour and it's not even peak time. No one there. Who is ordering food? A couple mobile orders and I waited 32 minutes for someone to come up to me and show me that my food was hiding behind the register. It's just the same shenanigans as usual. Don't expect anything of this place.
