Find another location. Had to go out for 2 different estimates, after getting the repair scheduled 2-3 months later, the week before the scheduled time to bring the car in they cancelled the repair and told me to find somewhere else to get it repaired. The only saving grace was the Crafton location took the vehicle, but had to correct the estimate from the Etna location, as they missed some simple items. Trying to get in touch with them is hard and not helpful. The excuse for not taking the car for repair was weak and should have been discussed month earlier, I understand they are short staffed, but don't schedule me for a repair then!!!Service: Body & Trim

Thanks for the communication and great service. This is time for a SHOUT OUT! to the Etna division. They were aware we needed our mini van to get our daughter to college.. communication was outstanding and even when we had a glitch with the insurance company, immediate remediation happened that day. Then to top it, they hit it out of the park when this place took the time to clean the car and have it in tip top shape. Since covid - many places and service and product have dropped the ball from what it used to be - NOT this place - you have kept it up above and beyond- thanks for being our Insurance company preferred client provider to take cars.Yes the car was fixed and shines with great workmanship upon the return.Services: Painting

There wasn't an available appointment locally for collision repair estimate . I then made an appointment in etna. When I arrived for my appointment they weren't aware of the appointment because the call center scheduled and sent paper work electronically to wrong location. I was then treated poorly for this as if it were my fault. The woman behind the welcome desk had aggressive attitude towards me the entire time. I had to wait an hour for the proper paper work to be sent to the proper location before she could walk outside and take pictures of the damage, which was clear and unmistakable. She refused to take the pictures before hand because she "didnt know what she needed to take pictures of lol. Once i waited an hour for the proper paper work to be sent to the proper location, it took her literally 2 minutes to take the pictures and I was done. I waited an hour for their mistake.Then they "lost" the paperwork again and it took 3 weeks to find and complete the estimate. If I could give zero stars I would.

Our car has been in this shop since 02/07/23. We have received lie after lie and our car still is not done. Every time we reach out for new info they say that they need this part or this part before they can do any work. They have even lied to the insurance adjuster a day after we called them for an update tell him they can’t do any work cause they are short staffed. Will never use this service again!!!!!!

It took way longer than expected to get my vehicle into the shop for a deer hit repair but once they got it in the shop they pushed it through in record time for me so I have to update my experience with them and say it was the best that I could of expected. And my car looks and runs great. Everything that needed fixed was taken care of.Services: Painting

This is my second time using Service King for body work within 4 years. The first time with my 2018 Benz after I hit a guard rail messing up my fender and rim on my passenger side after swarming trying not to hit a deer. The second time recently on my 2021 Telluride after my garage door fell on my truck and cracked the panel above the back window. Both times great customer service, kept me up to date on when the part would be in and the progress on my vehicle, vehicles were done in a timely manner, finished work was excellent, and they even washed and cleaned out my car. I highly recommend this Service King in Etna!Service: Painting

Worst experience getting my car fixed. Estimated time was around 24 hours. Initial price of fixing the car was around 150 bucks. My car has been with them over a month. The business is very unprofessional. If you want your vehicle fixed the correct way and in a timely manner please choose a different branch of service king ( crash champion. ) The penn hills location is very good.Service: Body & Trim

All around terrible costumer service!! Most of the time they would not even answer the phone. My car was kept way longer than expected it has been over a month now. I would not recommend going there. When I first dropped the car off I waited in the front of the place for 10 minutes without anyone coming to greet me. The only thing good about this place is that there is an enterprise next door to it. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK !!

I went to this shop to obtain an estimate for some body work I needed done on my car. I told the employee at the front desk what I needed and he told me he had to get his phone to do the estimate. I have no idea what I watched unfold. I stood there while the employee went back and forth looking for a phone he could use, and then when he found it, it didn't work. While all of this was going on, the woman working at the front desk with him started complaining to him about a customer she was handling something for. A third employee came from the back and started conversing with the employee that was supposed to be helping me about some issue with a different customer. I almost walked out at this point. Finally, the guy I had been working with gathered the information he needed for the estimate. I asked him some questions which he mostly answered. I asked him roughly what the timeline was for getting the car in and getting the work done. I was told early January because they were busy. Understandable. He told me to come back inside while he finished up.I sat there waiting for about 20-30 minutes while I believed the estimate was being prepared. The gentleman I had been dealing with was sitting at his desk while the woman working with him kept talking to him, complaining about their workload. After sitting there for a while, the woman seriously asked me if I had been helped yet. My service rep had disappeared. I told her that I thought her coworker was, and I was waiting for an estimate. At that point, the woman asked if it was insurance or out of pocket. I told her out of pocket, as it was not an insurance issue. She made a face when I said that and said they wouldn't be able to touch my car until February...if I was lucky. I said that I was told early January by her coworker and she again gave me this weird look and said no, they have to handle the cars being covered by insurance first before they would work on other cars that were not insurance claims. I was absolutely furious. Finally, the guy that was helping me came back, and I asked him what's going on with the estimate. He told me that he couldn't do the estimate and that another person would be doing it and contacting me. I almost lost my mind on this guy. I wasted over an hour of my time at this place, they let me sit there for no reason. Had I known the employee was not preparing the estimate, I would have just left. I walked out in complete shock at what I had experienced at this place. It was perhaps the most disorganized, disrespectful, and inept service experience I've ever had. The guy who helped me that day actually called me the next day at 7am! He left me a message saying the estimate was being worked on "right now" and that they don't even fix the issue I went there to get an estimate on! Absolutely unbelievable. Instead, they were going to estimate the cost of a new door. It's been NINE days since I went there and still no estimate. Absolutely horrible service. I highly recommend against going here. I have zero trust in this place after what I experienced here.

I was in a hit and run accident early March 2022. Dropped off my vehicle in April. I have been waiting for the repairs to be finished due to back order parts. They received the parts in July. Gave me a finish date of 7/29 and I had yet to get an update. It is 8/2. After I called they now have the "estimated" finish date of 8/15.My car was brand new. Purchased a month before the accident. I have now paid 5 almost 6 months worth of payments while this location holds my vehicle hostage.The back order parts were understandable. But now verging on 2 months after receiving the parts? Unacceptable.Do not....I repeat....DO NOT trust this location with any repairs or maintenance. If your insurance tries to recommend this location....ASK FOR SOME PLACE ELSE!!! If a friend recommends this location....they are not your friend and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! Unless you like to be without a vehicle for half or more of the year.What makes it worse is the way the staff always seems indifferent. This last call the agent seemed to be a little happy to tell me the finish date has been pushed back again.

I had to return with my vehicle several times to get my car repaired correctly. This was NOT due to “supply chain issues”. I was told to return to have work completed because all parts were in. The vehicle was returned to me with half the work done and auto body parts that were still visibly broken. Management and the receptionists were unprofessional, confrontational, and incompetent. It escalated to the point where the insurance company sent a representative to meet me onsite when I had to return again. I had used this location in the past, but I would not recommend using them again under the current staff.Quality of work 4.5 ⭐️Customer Service & Overall Experience 1 ⭐️Services: Body & Trim
