Alex and his crew have saved me TWICE now. I had a ton of body work done in 2020 after getting hit by a t train. My car was fixed in less than a week I believe. This time, I had work done under the hood. I called super late at night, in a panic, after my car started to break down in the tunnels. Alex walked me through everything and got me in-and-out extremely fast. I got my car back within 24 hrs. I'm so grateful and beyond blessed to know this person and their shop. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all things car related

My tire went flat while I was on my way to work around 7pm on Route 51. I pulled over when I heard it whobbling and pulled into the lot of Seran Auto Service. I saw Mr. Seran inside his garage (with the door open) and asked if he could help me. My air valve stem had broken. Mr. Seran did something to it but it didn't work. He asked if I had a spare. I did and he changed the tire for me. He didn't accept any payment, just a Good Samaritan helping out a damsel in distress. This is an act of kindness that's rare. It helped me to get to work (over an hour away) on time.
