I didn't catch the name of the young woman who helped me, but she provided an absolutely fantastic customer service experience! She greeted me at the door, gave me one-on-one attention, and was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. May be the best customer service I have ever received.

I went in today for the first time in about a year, and everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful with helping me find color matches, and other items I was looking for.

Love this store, the employees are so sweet and helpful, but the store is a mess. Everything is super dirty, makeup is low on inventory and I just get the icky feeling when I go in. It’s sad.

I love Sephora, and the one at Ross Park Mall is the largest one in our area (that I am aware of) and is also not constrained by product selections of store within a store setup.This is an unusually busy store. While the staff handle that well and are gracious, you should expect long, or very long lines unless you are shopping very early or very late.I have not seen the viral invasion of 10 year olds in this store. The testers look good, and the skincare is well stocked.If you would like a makeup or skincare application, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Otherwise, you likely will not be able to have your service done.While they have some experience makeup artists and skincare specialists, (ASK FOR Kimiko), turnover is high so don't expect expert advice unless you're lucky enough to get someone like Kimiko to help you. If you need expert advice I recommend the Shadyside store or, you know, ask for Kimiko.

My favorite location of this chain. Very friendly and helpful employees. Lots of brands to choose from. Most expensive makeup that I buy is from here. But it's nothing like pharmacy drugstore makeup you can actually tell and notice a drastic difference. You don't realize it until you get the good stuff.

Went yesterday to find a cream foundation. The employee, I didn't catch her name, was so very helpful. She color matched me and got me set with a perfect match! Finding someone that actually wants to help had been hard for me so I really appreciated her willingness! Very personable and helpful!!

Worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. I’d be ashamed if I managed this store. Unprofessional employees. I signed my daughter up last year for the birthday gift and she was so excited to get hers this year. This Sephora is ALL out of birthday gifts and offered nothing, no solution. No apologies. Nothing. SHOP ULTA.
