Absolute ignorant worker at Sephora. She is at the register today at 12:02 August 20, 2024. Just because i didn’t want to put an email in. She was rude. I hope she gets written up for it.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. 2 girls working and one was helping another customer. I understand how it works, I also understand that when you work in retail you acknowledge those who walk in, even if you’re busy. A quick and friendly “hello I’ll be with you shortly” goes a long way. I did not receive any greeting, and even after the woman had paid, I spent another 5-10 minutes with no greeting or asking me if I needed help finding anything. I don’t even think these two bothered to look up from whatever they were doing. They did see me though. I did need help, but after the horrid lack of customer service I walked out. I’ll take my money to ulta. Perhaps a quick course in how to treat a paying customer could go a long way.

jaya has helped me a few times with products and samples to try, she is awesome! the products she showed me helped my skin and the makeup foundation she showed me made my skin flawless and smooth. she is so sweet and helped me with my needs. if you go to robinson sephora in kohls make sure you ask for jaya and she will help you with anything you need! shes great! women needs a raise you can tell she works very hard.

The girls working there didn't bother to help me. But had no problem asking if this "younger" girl was doing ok. So, I left. Will never be back. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at a Sephora. I guess it's for young people.There are plenty of other beauty stores around.
