I went to this store yesterday, and let me tell you how disappointed I am and that I will never go back to this store ever again. The customer service was horrible not friendly at all. I was there for Halloween decorations and they hardly had anything. The prices were ridiculously high and you can get it cheaper at the Dollar Tree. I spent 56.00 and disgusted with the stuff I got, could have gotten it from the dollar tree. Also check your receipts I was charged double for 2 items taken it back so now will be under 56. If you go there Use CASH, NO CREDIT CARD. Never Going Back

I went to Seasons of America dollar store yesterday, in McIntyre Square, to get decorations for my friends upcoming bridal shower and bachelorette party. Not just 1 or 2 things, $167.38 worth of items. My credit card was charged and the money taken confirmed by Chase bank. The store’s computer system malfunctioned and “didn’t print a receipt” after the first malfunction of the tap not working, so they wouldn’t let me leave with the items I paid for. The store cashier called the owner and this is what the owner said “ unless she pays for the items a second time and you get a receipt, do not let her leave with the items” I called Chase and they basically told me they don’t know what to do and they recommend getting the police involved. Ross township police came and agreed with me that the banking app showed the store charge of $167.38 and I should be able to leave with my items. They denied our reasonable request even after offering to leave a copy of my drivers license and phone number - but we came to an agreement that if the charge came up the second way if we could charge my card again, then they would refund the second charge and let me leave with my stuff. The same exact items rang up to a different price, which the officer and I could not understand. He asked them what technical problem they’re having right now, and they lied and said they have no tech problems at all even though he HEARD them talking about the computer malfunction(my situation) when we walked in. They would not refund the first charge, or allow me to leave with the items that I paid for even when the officer said that was the correct thing to do. I cannot get ahold of the company to get a refund, the phone numbers listed online do not work for any department. The people in the store will not refund the charges, because I have no receipt due to their malfunction. I have called Chase and they tell me I am unable to dispute this yet as the charge has not posted, however I will be disputing it the moment it posts. PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE AND PAY USING ANYTHING OTHER THAN CASH! DOUBLE CHECK THE ITEM PRICES AND YOUR TOTAL! Their crooked business practices let the same exact items ring up at different prices when they were scanned the second time. The total for the same exact items was different the second time they scanned it so they overcharged me the first time or undercharged me the second…either way they did not understand why this is wrong and is a problem! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Got these cute little concrete garden decorations and put them outside in a flower pot. I guess the quality isn’t too good because they both crumbled into wet concrete.

online it says that the store closed at 8pm but when i go there at 7:30 i was very disappointed to see that is was closed also on the door there was no sign of the hours and there was no sign saying it was closed

First time there this past week and it is a neat, fun store! Items for every holiday and occasion with other household and/or daily items. They also have a great craft section! Employees were friendly and helpful as well.
