Ordered my granddaughter’s skirts on July 5th and still have not received them. Every time I check the order there’s a different date that they are due in the warehouse. It’s going on 3 months which to me is ridiculous. Unfortunately Schoolbelles is the only place we can order her uniforms.

Posting as a student who graduated in 2020. this place was a HOT mess. especially how it worked. and I wasn’t allowed to buy skirts that actually fit me, which is weird because the skirts that WERE sold to me had these really screwy measurements and they were always way too big on me :/ they looked awful on my body type and were NOT comfortable to say the least

Store looked like it had been pillaged. No stock. Unable to order due to back order if 6 - 8 weeks. I was bringing back pants I ordered in August. Wrong size was mailed to me. Unable to call on phone due to them not operational. Says yo leave a message I will get back to you . However the sales clerk days they cannot get mesdages. Sales clerk was friendly snd tried to be helpful.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful. If they dont have something they order it without a great amount of wait. Always super helpful and patient (I have a big family). Store is well organized and always neat even in the throws of back to school time.

Very helpful! I was out of town due to a death in the family and found this Schoolbelles uniform shop just about 2 miles from the motel. The saleslady was very helpful and helped me order some needed long sleeve shirts for my son. My Schoolbelles shop is about 100 miles away from me here in Kansas. So this was a nice find. And a quick shout out to the saleslady who helped me! Thank you Lindsay Jones!

It's schoolbelles... No complaints about service but again it's just schoolbelles. Also the changing rooms feel a tad bit too open for comfort.

If your child goes to a Catholic school, this place knows what he/she needs to wear. That's great. The staff is mostly helpful, which is also nice. I'm not sure the execution is great, however. I ordered a skirt and a tie, specific to my kids school, and it took almost two months to arrive and the skirt was not the one I ordered and was out of compliance with our dress code (the tie worked, though).
