Tire flat in driveway less than 24 hours after installation. Valve stem broken during installation and leaking air through it. TPMS sensors broken and malfunctioning after installation. Avoid this club.

Caleb and the guys were friendly and answered all my questions. I always call for an appointment ahead of time to be sure they have a time available. They are the greatest. That's why I choose Sam's.

Clean the gas pumps off. They are disgusting. I mean the guy in the shack doesn't seem to do too much. Getting tired of there never being printer paper for a gas receipt. Pumps say to see the attendant which is idiotic since he can't print one. Oh yay I have to go inside. D**** Maybe update your system because it takes forever to run your credit card....slow as molasses Couldn't believe the sample from the Freeosk today. What did you do? Open a bag of popcorn and put some in soufflé cups that restaurants use?? Pathetic.

I like Sam's Club period and have done most of my shopping here for long time. I use Sam's Club pharmacy it's convenient and is never backed up like most other pharmacies. I recently purchased 4 passenger tires and a battery. I wasn't pleased with the choice I had for mounting my tores. I had to go back to Sam's 5 days later to put them on my car. purchasing 4 tires. Other than that that, It was a good experience, a costly good experience.

All Sam's clubs are great, but this location in particular is extra special! Whenever I stop in, they always have nice merchandise for pitt and Pittsburgh sports teams. Also lots of Pennsylvania centered clothing too. The best part is Sam's club always lowers prices, I've gotten several shirts for under $5 when they hit clearance! You cannot beat the price. Some of my favorite things I've gotten is a T-shirt for a pens game and a Steelers baseball hat. This location also has a great variety of groceries and other essentials! There are lot of prepared food options as well. The gas station has never been super busy when I've gone. I have not experienced a long wait. Also they have supplies to clean your windshield which is always nice. This location also has a pharmacy, tire center, and a cafe for hot prepared food. Overall a great Sam's club!

Big shout out for the great service at your Sam's club. Today I was at your store getting my pick up order and Trish was so nice. She pulled my Walmart bag from the back of my trunk for me that had gotten jammed in while I was driving. Thank you Trish, we appreciate you going the extra mile and saving us from having to climb in the trunk to get to it. Thanks again!

Don’t buy tires from this Sam’s. IF you have a problem, like I did, and try to call for an appointment, they will not answer the phone. Three of the 4 tires I bought are leaking. They put the lug nuts on one tire that was replaced on backwards.

Typical Sam's Club! I used to stop in here a lot when I was staying in the area at one of the many hotels before or after my flights to get snacks, drinks, etc. It's nothing special tbh. It's just like most of the other Sam's Clubs in the USA where every employee feels entitled and also has a bad attitude. Super unappreciative of their jobs and zero respect for the customers. Employees: 1.) Never help 2.) Look at you while shopping like wtf do you want 3.) Never smile at the registers or in general 4.) Blah Nothing else really to say about this store except it is one of the main reasons I never renewed my membership after 20+ years of being a club member. I'd rather shop small now and pay a little bit more to help out the small businesses with everything going on but also get treated with respect and appreciated for all of the money I spend. Highly Not Recommended!

Plenty of product available at reasonable prices. Always worth shopping if buying for a large family or keeping stock. Store appears always clean with the exception of the bathrooms. Rarely clean. Employees aren't as friendly as they could be. But this doesn't deter me from shopping, as I have a 7 member household and buy in bulk.

WHY IS SAM'S CLUB HAVING ONE RECALL AFTER ANOTHER??? This is the most recent recall.......We were notified that Clio Snacks LLC, in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has initiated a recall of their Greek Yogurt Bars and Yogurt Minis. This recall is being initiated because products may contain very small metallic fragments from a piece of production equipment/machinery. Clio Snacks LLC has asked us to recall any product with a Best if Used By Date on or before July 7th, 2021. Where is Sam's Club getting their food products from?? Mexico?? China?? and more importantly is Sam's Cub vetting their vendors so they are not endangering the health of their customers? WE WANT ANSWERS!!! WHY ARE YOU HAVING ONE RECALL AFTER ANOTHER? WHAT HAPPENS IF A CUSTOMER DIES FROM YOUR NEGLIGENCE?
