NEVER buy meat here. I purchased ground beef and got home and opened the package (20 minutes later) the meat was pink on the outside and smelly and brown on the inside and bottom. Thought, just picked up today, I'll cook it. This VALIDATED my concern the smell was that of rotten meat. I'm done!

This Sam's Club is always clean, the employees are always so nice, and I love the products and selection. The only thing I would change is the constant pandering from the AT&T sales people. Also, I don't like when NRG is there. The NRG employees do not accept rejection well.

I love this Sam's Club. The staff members are friendly, the inventory is always excellent, and bonus for easy parking and reasonable gas prices. To be honest, this is my go to for shopping around the house because I can pretty much find everything I need here!

Needed new tires on my car, so I ordered them from Sam's. Great price, and when they came in I made an appointment to get them installed. Easy peasy...showed up, they were on time getting to it, and I was out in less than an hour. Great price for quality Pirelli's. Well done. Highly recommended!

The Sam's Club in Monroeville is handling the Corona Virus issue pretty well. The draw back in that they are not keeping the back stock flowing. Appears that they stock once a day and do not replenish their shelves. Hard to find anything in stock.

Lost my Return and Charged Me For over the last decade, I have been a GREAT customer of Free People and Anthropologie. Spending tens of thousands of dollars with their brands. Recently something has changed with Free People. Their customer service is not responsive and is not empowered whatsoever. I purchased a number of items in July in different sizes, returned the sizes that did not fit or that I did not like, and kept the right sizes. FP issued me a credit in July once they received my return. 3 months later, in October they issued a chargeback to my credit card claiming that while they had received the return, not all items were included in the return. It would seem to me that this would be something that could be sorted out when the returned merchandise was received and not 3 months later when I no longer have recourse on postage or mailing (which by the way is dictated by their choice of USPS method). FP likely had some sort of theft in their own supply chain/warehouse that they are blaming on me as the customer. It makes absolutely no sense that the 5 items I mailed only arrived as 1 item. This is supply chain theft folks! Think about it! I've opened a claim with my credit card company since I can't get any sensible response from FP's customer service team. This is my reward for being a loyal customer. A big FU from Free People and getting charged for their internal theft. Based on how they treated me, they've lost me as a customer.
