I bought a motorcycle on July 10th, and got the title transferred the same day, it cost me over $200 for the transfer that was $1k purchase, and I couldn't afford to insure the bike at the time because I didn't get payed until later that week, so now I'm still waiting for about 90 days according to her to even register my bike which is my only vehicle, and I had to uber to work because my bike isn't plated. She does everything by hand no computers. Don't come here, over priced and slow. Also couldn't read the hand writing on the pink slip to get my vin for insurance. Also very rude on the phone

Arrived 4:30 on a Monday, sign on the door said open and open light was on, but an "I'll be back soon" sign was posted in the window with the doors locked. Heard from a local resident that this happens often. Waited about 15 minutes and knocked to no avail. Don't recommend

I bought a motorcycle and transferred the title here. A month later I got a letter from the state saying I still owed $40 for taxes and that the mileage was never submitted. My taxes were calculated wrong by the lady at this notary and she never wrote down the mileage on the title before sending it to the state. The worst part is, that when I went back and asked her to fix it, she blamed me for the mileage, saying I never told her what it was. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Mary Jane has been at this a long time, and has been fast efficient and clear on what you need. Make sure you have what you need, and listen to her, she knows her stuff. She is also very active in the community and supports the various businesses in the neighborhood. She is my go to for anything needing notarized.

I am very disappointed. I have done business at this notary several times in the past. I've always found the owner to be friendly and professional. I also always felt that she was expensive. I started taking courses to become certified as a notary and now I know that she definitely overcharges for notary services! These fees are set by law. The cost of witnessing or attesting to one signature is $5. I was charged $10!! Double the max charge allowed by the State. She does it all with a smile. I don't know how people get away with this stuff. I guess taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge. But now I know and I'm upset. Overcharging the public can cost you your commission! I will be filing a complaint!

Filed for a duplicate copy of a title the owner lied said 7 to 10 business days a total deception then I ask her for a receipt of payment the ignorance of her told me to find the old 1 plus over charged me 31/2 weeks later no title
