After 3 years of dealing with a dryer vent that kept clogging at the roof line, I finally called SafeFlow after my repairs didn't work. Turns out the builder of our new construction didn't install a proper dryer vent. SafeFlow was able to make a few appropriate improvements and it has now been 4 months with ZERO issues. I wanted to ensure this was a permanent fix before leaving a review. The experience couldn't have been better. SafeFlow is the WaytoGo.

I had SafeFlow out to clean my dryer vent recently and I was very impressed! The technician, Jon, arrived on time and explained everything clearly throughout the process. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the importance of regular cleanings. After the cleaning, he showed me the amount of lint that had been removed, which was honestly shocking! My dryer is definitely running more efficiently now and my clothes feel softer too. Highly recommend SafeFlow for anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned!

Jon is very professional, friendly and provides great service. He communicates with you throughout the process. Our builders didn't remove a screen which caused lint to backup in our vent. It was taking forever for my laundry to dry. I'm amazed by how quick the laundry drys now. Thank you Jon!

I would highly recommend Jon. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jon cleaned and installed a metal vent pipe. He took before and after pictures. First pic shows what I had, the second pic is what he installed and the third is the vent connection to my dryer. He has easy online booking through the website and will sent you email/text alert one year from service with a discount.

Was happy with the work he did. He included a new connector between dryer and existing vent that is recommended by an oversight agency.I was not totally convinced that it was necessary, but it's certainly better than what I had.He also indicated that the pictures he took of the vent would be included with the receipt, but they weren't.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jon! We had a live bird enter our dryer vent making a lot of noise. We contacted Jon, got information quickly, confirmed prices, and found availability ASAP! We got the bird out alive, a clean dryer vent, and new vent installed so this doesn’t happen again! Highly recommend Jon and his services!
