worst bank ever! I deposited my irs tax refund check here and they held my account frozen for 20 days, they had to investigate it due to them saying it was fraud. And started questioning everything. I never did fraud a day in my life, they sent my check back to the irs this bank doesn't help at all. I'm very upset they don't want to see a black person win. Worst experience ever.

This branch is absolutely wonderful and offers the best customer service ever. In particular, Jay is fantastic! Very happy to be banking at this institution.

I live and work in Shadyside and just opened an account here. They just moved to a bigger space in the same plaza but have the same staff. They are always pleasant and that means a lot when most people these days are not. It is really helpful that there is a parking lot attendant making sure only customers are parking there so customers can always get a space when you are going in.

I have been banking at S&T Shadyside for many years now. They have 100% excellent customer service and have always helped us with all of our unique and routine banking needs. They are always willing to help us out in any way they can. There isn't another bank in Pittsburgh I would choose.
