If I could give ZERO stars I would!I don't even know where to start.1. I originally reached out to you guys in the first week of December, I was told someone would reach out. No one did, I had to call to follow up myself.2. After having the truck for a week, the truck gives out on my driver on the train tracks. We had to get the truck towed to Ryder (while a load is waiting for us & my guys are supposed to be AT the warehouse at 6am). This Ryder location tried to fix the truck & after 5 hours decided they were going to give me a new truck. So at that point it's 11 o'clock & Impossible to get all of the deliveries out that day, which lost me money!On top of that, I had to pay ANOTHER deposit when I JUST made a deposit two days before. I don't understand how/why I would be responsible to put another deposit down when you guys ALREADY have one. What if I literally didn't have those funds that day? I would've been out of luck because RYDERS truck broke down.LASTLY, that same day I made the $1100 deposit on 1/5/24 there was ANOTHER attempt on my card for $526 from Ryder and no one in your office knows why. That's a little unsettling to me! Knowing you guys can/will charge my card randomly & no one will know what's going on.A week goes by & Again, here we are with yet ANOTHER truck issue. Door is jammed & stuck AGAIN while my guys are sitting in front of a customers home.This has my employees frustrated ready to quit because of all the truck problems! You guys are losing me money, we can't complete a WHOLE week of routes because of truck issues. Which is LOSING ME MONEY, but you all are getting paid in full every week. This is beyond unacceptable & NO ONE has gotten back to me or called me about ANY of these situations!This whole experience with Ryder has been horrible.Key has broken off in the ignition, they "fixed" the door issue one day just for us to have the SAME issue a few days later.So a total of FOUR days I couldn't complete routes which costs me $1,000/ day.STILL NO SOLUTION! Never rent a truck from here!! EVER!!

Only giving one star because it is not possible to do no stars! we bought a 26ft box truck from ryder 5 months ago for over $57,000 took it for a preventive Maintenace check a few months later ended up with 2 pages of things that was wrong with it. Truck sat in the shop for over 3 weeks going back and forth with the warranty company to then be told ryder doesn't have time to do a breakdown and send pictures to warranty company and we needed to take it elsewhere. all while paying $4000 a month in truck payment and insurance for a truck SITTING in their shop. Took truck to try to trade in & Well the truck i bought for 57,000 5 months prior is actually only worth $7000. ENTIRE PLACE IS A JOKE! From sales to service! don't walk RRUUUNNN away from here !

Very slow and no communication to driver in regards to progress. Didn't even do work needed and signed in to be done. Took 6 days to get truck completed and returned to driver. Couldn't even get keys because no one wanted to give to driver. Just said that he was on lunch. That was three different employees excuse at that time. Place not recommended for any type of service if you need to get back on the road

Absolutely horrible to say the least ESPECIALLY if you are getting NTP/Premium2000 warranty work done. Doesn't matter even if THEY are the ones who sold you the warranty SMH. Tried to get a prepaid PM done with them but they kept sending me back and forth between shop and warranty folks. At one point, warranty number kept giving me busy tone for two days. The number at the shop would send you to VM but you cannot leave a VM because the voice box cannot take messages LOL... these guys are a joke. Not even sure how this service center and Ryder warranty is still in business. Stay away if you don't want to get tortured.

Been calling this establishment for over an hour and can’t reach anybody this is very unprofessional to call a business and don’t at least get an answer during business hours been waiting on a response to rent a truck since Friday it’s Monday in would like to know something please this is unacceptable.

My company bought a top tier Semi Truck from Ryder with a 10k down payment on May 29, we went to pick the truck up out of Wayland Mi,on June 5 and it would not start when we initially picked it up, had to wait 5 hours just for them to start a truck that was paid for a week prior, but they advertise your vehicle as top tier ready to ride, inspected dot certified. On the maiden voyage the ac didn’t work and the truck started throwing codes and force stopping, we took it to the shop as soon as we got to Pittsburgh, they fixed the ac and their was a coolant issue that it went to the shop for the next day, it didn’t come out the shop for a week, we went on a trip and had to put it in the shop ourself while it was on the road, it was found that it was overfilled with oil and the coolant issue was still there, we got the oil issue fixed on our own dollar, and bought it back to the Ryder shop for the same coolant issue, it came out of the shop with the same leak and the same problem, we put it back in the shop the same day, ryder even towed it on their dime because it was their mess up, our truck was in the Ryder shop for 14 days while they kept saying the part wasn’t in meanwhile the part was 30 minutes up the road I had to go and sit in their shop for over 5 hours because they weren’t working on it, they finally tell us it’s fixed, we go to the truck start it up, it’s the same codes, we go in and ask “hey I thought the truck was done it has the same stop engine codes” he throws his hands up and says I don’t know we’ve tried everything the first Ryder you guys took it to should have told you to take it to Volvo I said you guys were the first Ryder we took it to, he throws his hands again and says well I don’t know we’ll take it to Volvo tonight. Volvo gets the truck and we get this email: We have received the estimate for your unit and the repairs will be $13K. I’m sending the estimate to management for review/approval due to the cost of repairs.The following repairs are listed: (diesel fuel found in the radiator, causing the coolant light to come on)all injectors & cups, thermostat, oil cooler needs to be resealed.I will send another update once I get a response from management. How is this a top tier truck?We have taken every measure to talk to anyone to help us, our representative Chad Brigham was of absolutely no help, I get up every morning at 6 am I’m calling him by 9-10 every day until 1pm or later everyday and he never answers or returns calls or emails and if he does he says “I’ll check into it and call you back” literally NEVER DOES, his Supervisor Christina NGO I’ve called her over 50x not one call back not one email, I’ve called corporate not one email or return call.We’ve had this truck for over a month and have lost so much revenue, We have even missed a 175k loan because our volume decreased in the last month because of this issue, our company literally makes $1500+ every 24 hours with bank and A/R reports to prove our revenue and we’ve been out of business for over 40 days YOU DO THE MATH ON WHAT OUR COMPANY HAS LOST, We asked for a rental we were told to go to a Ryder and pay for a rental and they would reimburse us LOL why do we have to go and pay ryder for Ryder to reimburse us, if our company was of any value and you see it’s your fault we should have just been emailed a location to go pick the rental up and go from there but we have to pay for it, how absurd is that. Ryder is a company/brand that I thought lived up to its name and reputation, but this situation that we are in let’s us know that RYDER does not care or represent anything but greed, to be in a national epidemic in the trucking industry is already gruesome, but to be a 9 month old company and buy a top tier truck with a warranty that isn’t what was advertised and not getting any help for over a month, I don’t think you could even fathom what it could do to a company. We have bills that we have to pay drivers that have been out of work insurance trailers etc that can’t be paid because we have a truck that doesn’t work. CHARACTERLIMITEXCEED
