The car looks great, and the staff were all friendly and professional. However, I have to give a poor review overall. My rear rocker panel needed replaced after it failed inspection. The repairs on my car were scheduled to begin on 8/5, and be completed on 8/12, which was the soonest available appointment slot when I scheduled in mid-July after an in-person estimate. The process was heavily delayed, and I could not pick my car up until 8/23. The 30-day period on my inspection has since lapsed, and now I have to schedule (and pay for) a new inspection because of the delay. I would not recommend RRI unless you have a lot of time available.

do you have an older car but don't want to start purchasing another one with payments especially with the price of vehicles today, I have a 2002 trailblazer and the frame rusted pretty bad, everyone told me to just junk the car and look for another used vehicle, everything else in the car is in excellent working condition and I didn't want to take that route so I heard about Rust and restoration, these guys aren't just good at what they do they are great, when I went to my garage they couldn't believe the expertise that was provided for my vehicle they even thought it was in better shape than when it came off the assembly line, excellent job and the price was fair, if anyone out there thinks there's no saving their vehicle because of a frame problem I totally implore you to go see these guys first and you'll be amazed at what they can do ... Ben, YOU ARE THE MAN ! I can't thank you enough for an outstanding job that you did on my vehicle, God bless and stay safe

I had a great experience with RRI. My car had a bit of rust on the rear quarter panel. While it wasn't cheap to fix, they did a fantastic job. It was very easy to schedule a consultation with them, and they were able to give me an exact price for the work. Scott, who I met and spoke to on the phone several times, was friendly and explained exactly what they'd do to the car. Once I dropped off the car, they got it done much quicker than I had anticipated. If you need rust repair on your vehicle, I'd highly recommend these guys.

UPDATE: got a call back and date set for my truck. Quote was less than I imagined so will still go there
Terrible customer service. Everything was good Had truck seen for an estimate. Said they would email/call when they have the quote. Haven’t heard in 5 days. Decided to call and spoke to someone who said it must not have saved and they would call back. Again NOTHING. Waited a couple days. Called again and the call was picked up and immediately hung up on.

My husband and I both purchased the 7-year rust treatment for our car, and we have been coming to this place once a year to get our cars treated before the winter hits. The treatment actually doesn't take too long, only takes 15 mins. So if you can, just book an appointment, drive in and have them treat your car, you will be out of them in a jiffy. Another thing I love about this place is they have a partner with Meineke next door. I was able to schedule my rust treatment at Rust Repair and my state inspection at Meineke on the same day. Rust Repair treated my car first, then they gave my car to Meineke for inspection. It all went very smoothly!

First off I have to say that I'm glad I had this applied to my vehicle. The underside, door jambs and other places that it's been applied look great. I've had this done to three different vehicles. And any other new vehicles that I purchase especially in the Western Pennsylvania area, this will be done too. Unless the price gets too too pricey.
The yearly appointment for reapplication in the most weather worn areas of the vehicle works out really well also. That means 7 years of touch-ups underneath where needed.
Also each time I call or visit the gentleman that work there are courteous and right on time with my reapplication time frame. For me definitely a nice product, I should be back.
